Feb 01,2024Daniel Wilmslow and Nusrat helped me obtain a lease extension. I was treated with respect and all seemed to be professional. I would definitely go to Healys again after this experience. I've had a purchase and sale completed by Healy's as well... However ! Not being computer or smart phone literate, modern methods of dealing with stuff such as identity and money laundering using these is a real horror. I would have liked to have a formal face to face meeting at the start of the contract. I could have brought the pieces of paper, passports and paid the deposit AND met Daniel and Nusrat. The work was completed to my total satisfaction and I appreciate the new ways of work from home etc will not easily accommodate us dinosaurs who still need servicing. My grateful thanks for your patience.

Jan 04,2024After searching around for a Solicitor to take on my Professional Negligence claim I opted for Robert Johnson of Healys LLP. I did a little research on Robert and found that he had years of experience in this particular field and had a proven track record. After speaking with Robert and presenting my claim to him, I was quickly put at ease with him explaining that I do have a cause for action. Robert then responded with options of different payment plans to fund my claim and how much the course of my claim could possibly cost going forward. All of this helped me get a rough idea of how much would be need to pursue a claim against the offending party. From the get go I was filled with confidence that I had selected the right person to represent my claim. Everything to do with my claim and the whole process itself was handled in a very professional manner, all credit to Robert and the team at Healys. All decisions made were calculated and strategically well thought out. All queries by myself were dealt with promptly and efficiently which made the process as smooth as possible and less stressful. Overall a very competent, tactical, experienced team. Highly recommend 10/10.
