As a non-residential landlord, I give them an extra credit for having the right experience to handle my case. The fees were transparent and reasonable and they respond to emails promptly. It cannot be any better, so I give them a 5 star rating.

In particular last thing I did with them, a lease extension, was very very quick and simple. I really recommend them.

Kimberley liaised with me regularly, always explained the processes clearly and her speedy responses and regular updates made what could have been a stressful experience a lot easier. She was diligent and thorough throughout, and I was especially impressed by how she didn't burden me with unnecessary admin work. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect from the legal proces but Dominika took me through what proved to be quite a complex purchase in a 'no nonsense' manner, which I really appreciated. Jan 18,2023My broker recommended the services of John Hill from Healys to buy a property assuring me that he was excellent, and he did not exaggerate. My purchase was rather complex, but John explained each and every step to me and made the whole process seem much less daunting. Everything was handled in an extremely professional manner and John showed great flexibility and was happy to adjust to my requests. Also, while I have heard about other solicitors "ghosting" their clients for weeks or months, John was extremely responsive and usually got back to me within minutes, sometimes even late in the evening or on weekends. This was an immense help and gave me a lot of peace of mind. I could not have been happier with John and Healys in general, so I can only recommend their services to anyone interested in buying property.
