His skilful negotiation with the other party’s legal representative moved them from a low initial offer to a satisfactory outcome within a very short timeframe. He was very transparent in communicating his strategy with us and his regular updates on the status of our claim. He took off our shoulders all the work and we were very pleased with the final outcome. Mar 20,2021Anyone facing potential legal action will know how incredibly stressful it can be, especially so in my case when the threat against me came from rather more knowing claimants - who were themselves professional litigators. Completely out of my depth, I count myself extremely fortunate to have found Daniel Winslow. Not only was he professionally knowledgeable, forensic in his deliberations and attentive throughout, he was also empathetic and reassuring of my obvious distress. He managed to secure fast and fair resolution to what could otherwise have been a protracted and toxic nightmare. His fees were also fair and transparent. I highly recommend Daniel's services to anyone needing to find an experienced lawyer who is also a very decent human being.

Mar 19,2021I am very grateful to both Emanuela Mercadante and Nagesh Jain for assisting me with the Settled status. I was in a stressful situation as I was stuck outside of the Uk for several months because of Covid. But contrarily to other law firms, Emanuela and Nagesh from Healys were very positive and helpful from the beginning. They came up with a precise plan of steps and documents to gather as proofs for my Settled Status. I was not an easy client at all, as I was very busy and wasn’t able to deal with all my paperwork, so Emanuela and Nagesh very kindly helped me by sending me several deadline reminders, and dealing with my papers, that they put in order, selected, and highlighted the important informations (eg they highlighted important dates from bank statements that proved my stay in the Uk, translated some Italian bank statements -which I would have had to do all alone if they wouldn’t have helped me) and sent all the papers to the Home Office. It was really the most professional, and honest work that I could have wished for. I would really suggest to anyone that is struggling with their settled status or pre settlement status to be guided by Emanuela Mercadante and Nagesh Jain. It was the perfect combination between professional and human experience. So again, a big thank you to Emanuela and Nagesh for successfully helping me with my Settled Status!
