Nov 16,2023David Gordon guided me through a series of stressful negotiations and eventually to a totally satisfactory outcome. I am a leasehold flat owner and had a dispute with my freehold landlord regarding repairs - and wanted to get these resolved at the same time as negotiating a leasehold contract renewal. David methodically sifted through historical paperwork and solved some longstanding mysteries and discrepancies. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services and if ever I need a solicitor again I will come back to him. Correspondence was quick and clear and action was prompt and decisive. The experience felt collaborative and bespoke and, like I say, eventually led to an outcome which was completely satisfactory for me.

Nov 08,2023100% positive! They were consummate professionals who went above and beyond for me - I'd give them 200 out of 100 if I could! As first-time homebuyers in London, we needed a reliable law firm we could trust. Healys' Nic Tiong team has extensive experience with Asian clients, and we signed with them right away. Throughout the process, I mainly worked with Declan Lau who always had our best interests in mind. Not only did he liaise with the seller's solicitors per our requests, but he proactively fought for us to get the best deal possible. Declan was unfailingly polite, responded to messages swiftly, and patiently explained complex legal matters to my mother and me. His reassurances kept us calm throughout the stressful process. Declan's professionalism also really stood out. He frequently noticed vague or erroneous details in the seller's documents and conducted meticulous investigations on our behalf. By comparison, Healys was far more thorough and competent than the seller's representation! Yet their fees were very reasonable. Choosing Healys was absolutely the best decision we made. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any conveyancing needs! They were simply perfect!
