We were first-time buyers, learning the ropes of the process. John and his team did an incredible job to make the process easy for us. Most importantly, he insisted on high standards and ensured all items were squared away thoroughly before exchanging contracts. Highly recommend them as the solicitor if you are looking to buy a property!

It was a pleasure to find that he was very professional and timely about every stage of the process, and would often work late to ensure things got over the line. Sometimes even returning an email or call late in the evening to answer a worry I had, which I really appreciated. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to ensure due diligence, and that a high standard was achieved both by himself and that the documents produced by the seller's solicitor were held to a similar standard. In summary, incredibly helpful and professional, seeing me through the process on two recent occasions (One fell through due to the Seller).

Because of which I decided to stay 'in house' when it came to getting a lease extension for the property - and I am so glad I did.
