Sep 24,2022Reading through all the positive comments here. I am surprised for what I have been experienced. My property completed the transaction on 26 Jan 2022 and land registration still pending to complete as of today. I emailed HM Land Registry on 28 Aug asking the progress as I suppose it will take around 6 months for registration. And I found out the application only submitted by Healys on 28 June. Meanwhile, HM Land Registry replied me they will complete it by 7 Sep if all documents are good to go. Then I received a request from Healys on 14 Sep that we need to sign the 2nd round of Transfer Deed and we signed and returned such document on 15 Sep. It only requires a signature from previous landlord! Hopelessly, I have just sent an email to my property agent and asked them to contact the previous seller instead of just waiting! With wrong spelling on our printed names, we gotta sign twice with another document before the transaction got done! I would say, they reply promptly with no valuable progress.

Sep 21,2022Nic Tiong was a bacon of common sense in a painful process. Just completed a long and torturous exchange on my property in Woolwich as part of a short chain (two properties - one first time buyer). Whilst Healy's aren't the cheapest, at least they understand the processes - whereas the downstream buyers used low cost advisors, who were in capable of even identifying who was the seller & buyer for their client. Lesson learned - cheap conveyancers take for ever and in some cases lack basic skills - it's worth paying for an expert like Nic

After my initial inputs though a questionnaire, they handled everything from start to finish. All documents were shared online. Jun 30,2022Really unimpressed with the service. I asked them to handle a motoring claim and I wished I had done it myself. It took 2 and half years and I was put in a position by Healy's whereby I had no option to accept a poor settlement. It seems their sole interest in the whole situation was them getting their fees and not what was fair compensation for me. Never again, do it yourself, it will be quicker and you will probably get a better deal

Always a cool head, Daniel enabled us to protect our rights without having to resort to proceedings. An optimal result from a fantastic solicitor. Communication was great throughout and so we felt in very safe hands.

He was very responsive over email and answered all my questions, even despite my many emails and excessive nagging. He was also very thorough in ensuring that we as clients were well looked after in the whole process and received everything in good order from the sellers solicitor before exchange. I've heard many horror stories about bad solicitors that don't show their clients any level of professionalism or care, and we are very thankful that John was not one of those!
