They kept me informed at all times, their requests for information were clear and they always responded to my enquiries quickly. Added to that, they kept costs reasonable without compromising on service. Everything you want, and more, from a solicitor. Thank you Healy’s. There were a number of hiccups with the seller and he patiently explained everything to me, laying out the various options, which was crucial as a first-time buyer. He also went above and beyond as he continued to work while on leave, in order to not further delay my completion, for which I am very appreciative.

He was knowledge, thorough and we felt he was acting in our best interests at all times. Additionally, John always responded swiftly to any queries we had, which was greatly appreciated. Our only minor comment is that there could have been better layman explanations about what outstanding queries we were waiting on. Overall, we would certainly recommend Healys.

Mar 10,2022Very irresponsible!!!! after completition in Jul 2020, we still didn't receive the land registeration document UNTIL NOW. We have been chasing so many times and everytime said no update with bad attitude. Think carefully if you want to choose this one.

Feb 15,2022December 10th after completing on a property sale I was due over 600K apprehensive of electronic transfer I requested to be paid by Bankers Draft. The Solicitor acting for me posted the Draft unrecorded before Christsmas and to this day has not been seen ( I was supposed to collect it ) Barclay's were unable to reissue or stop the Draft unless the Solicitor signed an indemnity which they refused to do; treating me like a bad debt, leaving me high and dry all over Christmas & New Year...suggesting I seek legal advice... I did just that! Instructing Robert Johnson ( Healy's Solicitors ) he persued them relentlessly, his brilliant Letter of Claim left them nowhere to hide. They were clearly culpable of proffesional negligence; their arrogance was staggering. Eventually together with their insurers they signed an indemnity with Barclay's. In under a month with Roberts invaluable help my funds were recovered together with an additional 11K for costs interest and damages... Thank you Robert for your exemplary care... Right was done... Feb 07,2022I would highly recommend this firm - have used Robert Johnson for a professional negligence claim against a conveyancer who sold me my flat. I though I had little to no chance of being successful - however we succeeded in getting close to the maximum I was seeking plus most of costs back. The money has made a huge difference to me as the negligence caused a lot of distress. Robert was prompt in his advice - the advice was pragmatic and clear - he kept me updated and managed to conclude the matter in a much faster time frame than I was expecting. If you think you have suffered some for of negligence please get in touch with Robert as you may be in with a chance. Using the same firm on another matter and finding the other team to be equally as helpful.
