Due to our own circumstances we were on a very short timeline (only 4 weeks) and we were only able to complete because John and team worked exceptionally efficiently to help us get over the line in time. The associate, Patrick David, assigned to my case was thoroughly on top of all the detail and nuances from the first meeting and was encouraging and very professional. Later, because of the pandemic, my case was transferred to his partner, Robert Johnson. The latter took a keen and close interest in my case, and gripped it completely. His advice was professional, pragmatic and no-nonsense. He gave me a realistic and sensible view of the likelihood of success (entirely borne out by the ultimate outcome) and then pursued matters with care and diligence, keeping me closely informed of all material developments, and chasing our opponents when it looked as if unreasonable delays were being experienced. I felt I was in the safe professional hands of someone who understood and shared my concerns, and I was entirely satisfied and pleased with the services I received.

We had a very tricky vendor but John was so resilient and he didn't give up when faced with a number of challenges. We would definitely miss the stamp duty deadline if he wasn’t our solicitor. The whole process was absolutely pain free and the service was very efficient and competent. The sale took a bit longer due to the other side's solicitors but the purchase's matters were resolved very quickly within almost a month! Very impressive! Can't recommend them more! He was very helpful in explaining the process, upfront and consistent about what the costs were going to be and efficient in making sure I had signed all the right paperwork and instructed the correct surveyors. He was prompt in his replies and thorough in his work, spotting an additional clause in the new lease that the council had quietly inserted. Would definitely recommend.

The sale process took about 5 months from start to finish due to the COVID backlog (no fault of Healys) and Tracey and Saira were great at comms throughout. They were always super responsive to any queries and provided a very helpful contract pack. This is the first time my husband and I have sold a house and they made the whole process a breeze. Both were professional throughout the duration of the related matters. They were quick to respond and thoughtful and helpful in their responses. This was especially so over the period of the Stamp Duty holiday when I am sure they were both overloaded with requests and paperwork. They managed to keep it all on track and I am pleased with the overall outcome.
