Feb 06,2022Use Healys at your peril. Missed key information such as large developments nearby in a conveyancing transaction. Slick marketing but work done by juniors. No help offered to try to resolve issues raised despite several requests. Attempted to overcharge me on two occasions, both times due to supposed administrative errors. The junior I dealt with was pleasant enough but lacked support from the partner. A measure of of a good firm is how well it deals with difficult situations not how it processes vanilla transactions for inflated prices. Poor value, risk of significant oversight and overall a unsatisfactory experience. Needless to say, I will not be reusing this firm.

He is trustworthy, efficient, professional, good understanding of different cultures(this definitely helps when he gives advice on the legal process) and on top of the whole process. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs an unsurpassed good solicitor for property purchase.

Jan 18,2022My tenant is not paying rent for > 7-8 months and had subletting behaviour. Healy’s is a great help on this and being super helpful and responsive, giving constructive and practical suggestion. Eventually, we are obtaining possession order smoothly despite the delay in court with the whole covid situation. Will definitely recommend Healy’s in the future.

The case took place throughout the pandemic, and our solicitor (who incidentally was a very experienced Partner in the firm) was clear and transparent with his advice and related fees, which were also reasonable given the level of partner involvement in the case. The professionalism of Paralegals and Associates clearly runs through the entire firm, and as such I always felt confident that my case was in reliable hands. I have been so impressed that I have also taken up Coveyancing Services from Healys and anticipate that I will use Healys for future legal services as required.
