If i could give 0 stars i would!! This company is a SCAM! I placed an order on 01.06.20 and still haven't received the goods. They have confirmed the order and taken the money but they haven't dispatched the items. I have tried to call and email numerous times and get no response. I have now requested a full refund 22 days later and still no response. Please avoid this company! Update as of 28.07.20 - I have had to complete a claim through my credit card as this company is still ignoring all of my calls and emails... But how funny i have read receipts on and there is numerous people reading my emails!

*****NO STARS***** AVOID***** This company took my order and my money. Website said 2-3 days delivery. Nearly 2 weeks later no goods. 6 emails, 3 website contact form enquiries, numerous telephone calls (answerphone tells you to send email to them) later and still no answer. Long story short, had to open dispute with Paypal who then investigated and surprise surprise, suddenly got an email from this company to just say they had refunded my money - no explanation or apology or anything!! Funny thing is, whilst waiting to find out what was happening with my order, I had put the same item in my basket to see if they were still trading and left it there. I had 2 emails from this co. over next 2 days to say I haven't checked out and have an item in my basket and would I like to complete checkout. Funny that, they can email me when they think I am going to place an order, but they can't reply to mine and others messages trying to find out where our missing orders are!!!! DISGUSTING!

Same issue. Ordered 22 May via PayPal. Nothing since then, tried to reach them but to no avail. Had to open dispute via PayPal... the only communication they sent me to say they refunded via PayPal. I would understand if they are impacted by COVID but why not to put notice on the website to say no orders are processed till further notice? Would save so much frustration to a lot of customers...

I have had exactly the same issue as Brian ( below ) I ordered the same day 4 garden chairs ) Waited only received an email stating the money had been taken . Tried webmail asking for delivery day ( no reply ) then tried every department on phone told which ever option I got through to that I must email Emailed many times and had no reply waited till today now set up a claim with Barclaycard AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would have given zero stars if that had been an option. Order accepted beginning May, item not received. No reply to four emails (company is not accepting telephone calls: the recorded message says to contact the company by email). No response when issue raised by PayPal. Full refund extracted by PayPal. I do hope this negative review will help other people to avoid this company.

Shame I’m unable to give zero stars. This company are appealing and are not to be trusted. I placed an order on 31st May when delivery was stated as 2-3 days. Had zero correspondence from them but decided to leave it until the 8th June to escalate to allow for the current situation (my decision, no suggestion on their website of potential delays). Have since sent 4 emails, called 5 times and sent 2 web forms with not so much as an acknowledgment of receipt. I know they’re operating because they’re voicemail says as much. Bunch of crooks and will hopefully get my money back through PayPal. But fair warning if you’re considering sending business their way.

It's a joke of a business. These clowns took my money 2.5 MONTHS AGO, and I still haven't received my item. Worst of all, there's absolutely zero communication from them, nothing on the website, and the phones are dead.

Having placed my order 18th April I did not receive my goods after a week. Given the Covid 19 situation I was expecting some delay. I sent an email asking just when I could expect the delivery. I had no reply. I rang 6 times and a message indicating that I should email them, because of remote working, caused me to send three emails again with no reply. On 7th May I had to resort to contacting PayPal to raise a complaint and amazingly with a few hours a refund was issued. I’m not sure why recently this company has received such bad reviews, but for their and their customers sake they need to get a grip, or at least provide some explanation and stop taking people’s money and causing lots of inconvenience.

Surely this company must be a fraud, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. 2 weeks have passed since they took my money, order still shows as "processing" on their website. 3 emails and multiple phone calls not returned. I've filed a complaint with PayPal but it will take month to resolve. For the sake of my £100 order, I've invested hours of time with these thieves which is worth far more than my order. Honestly, do yourself a favour just don't bother. Becareful.....I ordered and paid for some items.....2 weeks later nothing. Emailed...no reply......3rd week still nothing......just sent another email. Will get credit card company involved Worst customer service......aka NONE. Take your custom elsewhere where they value customers.

certainly would not order from them again. I have emailed several times regarding part of my order being unusable. No reply at all. Rubbish customer service, will never use again and certainly do not recommend to anyone. Will stick with using Nisbets.
