I ordered 3 Genware Multi-Use Stem Probe Thermometers in August one of the probes stopped working in October and another in November, I have sent 3 emails to them and received no response at all. Very poor customer service keep well away

I ordered some items for a food photography shoot on Monday. Having not received a shipping email I emailed for more information on Wednesday, no reply. I rang and left a message on Thursday explaining that I would need to cancel my order and buy elsewhere, no reply. I emailed on Thursday night explaining why my order was urgent, asking why both my contacts had been ignored. On Friday I received an email from Jackie saying my order was coming that day. I rang Jackie to ask with which carrier as I had a doctor’s appointment, she said Parcelforce and confirmed again that the order would be delivered that day. It never came after I waited in all day. In the evening I got a text from Parcelforce saying that my order had been shipped, 24 delivery, and would be arriving on Monday. This company's employees seem to think that it is completely acceptable to lie to customers. I will not use them again. I will not recommend them to my food photography businesses, and I recommend that you steer well clear and buy elsewhere.

Purchased electrical equipment (£1600) and 2 year warranty.6 weeks in the equipment stopped working. 3 engineer visits and 3 weeks later it still isn’t fixed. Emails are being ignored, customer service is poor. As a busy bar we were looking to use local suppliers more often, sadly we won’t be going back. Still trying to get this resolved but not hopeful :-(

Heaton called me a liar I made a purchase they told me I had not paid of which I had evidence. I still have no contact from the company or my delivery 3 weeks later they have had my money. And now telling me I did not purchase. The evidence is on my email I would not buy from this company clearly they do not care.

The item I ordered showed in stock on the web site, when I didn’t receive it in the three days I had paid postage for I called them. I was told they were having trouble with a supplier and it was out of stock. The company had not bothered to inform me. 2 weeks on and stil, haven’t received my order. I will certainly not use this. I pzny again, not a pat hon Nisbets
