Given the poor reviews here that I read after placing my order I was ready to be disappointed. However, after a mix up with delivery address they have been both prompt with email responses and courteous on the phone. Goods arrived today as stated

I ordered some plates and the whole experience has been terrible. Heaton never gave a delivery date and blamed the manufacturer for the lack of information and delay. I had to chase constantly for my order and the replacement broken plates! Very frustrating experience and the Customer Service wasn't helpful.

Do not purchase anythin from this company. I bought teapots for my coffee shop in January 2021. When I opened them the bottom of the box was not sealed and they fell out and broke. They sent replacements which were all damaged. It's now the end of March and I have not received the promised refund.

Ordered 28th December. Website states a week for delivery. Still not received as of 9th March. No replies to multiple emails to follow up. They’ve basically stolen my money.

Tried placing an order via their website, but apparently they do not deliver to the UK. I called to see if this was a simple web glitch, but was informed that they do not deliver to Scotland. Truly remarkable. Avoid this company at all costs.

Saturday I ordered some jars. They arrived Wednesday. I checked them and two glass lids were chipped. I got in touch sending photo's. Email back apologising and saying that their supplier will send the replacements directly. They arrived the next day! The email responses from Heaton were very quick. Very good experience.

Partial order came. I returned it as it was incomolete but no refund issued. Over £1000 lost and so far, I can't get hold of anyone to discuss this.

Terrible experience. Told next day delivery, called up after being informed there would be a delay. Waited a month for an update then told it would be a further three months before they would be able to fulfill. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I ordered some glasses, they took the money, gave a delivery day but did not deliver. I've tried calling the phone numbers given, left messages, no one got back to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please read previous reviews. I’ve had the same experience. Defective product and non existent customer service. I had to negotiate a refund through PayPal. AVOID!!!

Placed order in late November 2020. Received a parcel 10 days later with missing items and 1 defective item. Multiple emails ignored. Multiple phone calls go to voicemail asking customers to email. Initiated a chargeback with credit card company for the loss suffered, which was granted. There is now a note on the website saying " Apologies, site unavailable as under new Management. We will be back in March". I will not be using them again if they do return.

I placed order with this horrible company in Nov. Yes i recieved goods and wanted to return goods back. Contacted 10 times by email but no reply. No return addreess on their site: Phones are disconected. After some time they displayed on their website the return addrees so I trusted this site and shipped goods back to them. Apparently that address is closed permanently. I Never got goods back or the refund. I will now report them to uk trading standarts and ask for the compensation. This company is stealing consumers money and what they are doing is crime !

I placed an order at the end of November for which payment was taken. To date I have not received my order although I did receive confirmation that they had taken the money almost immediately. There is no one to answer the phone, for which they blame the pandemic and have not replied to any of the emails I have sent. I have now sent them a cancelation form and wait to see if I gat a refund.

If I lived closer I’d go to the registered address and be as patient as I have been so far waiting for my order, to find one of the scum bags that are still taking money for orders and not sending !!! They also would take some time getting home with Brocken legs 🤬

Further to my review on the 29 October. Received partial completion of my order once Trading Standards got involved. I am still owed about £10 worth of stuff, which I have given up on. If they have gone bust, good riddance but beware their website still appears to be taking orders.

Placed an order with Heaton in mid December for over £100. They have taken payment but have not dispatched the item, nor have they responded to my emails regarding my concern. Like others have said, their phone number is useless, it is an automated message about COVID-19 with no option to leave a message. Do not order from this company.
