Aug 23,2019Ordered some plates. No sign of goods for over a week. I called, told they're out of stock. Replacement/Alternative offered. Still no sign, emails ignored. Terrible customer communications. I'll not be using again.

Jul 31,2019Ordered some items in February 2019. They sent me the incorrect items. I contacted them to receive the correct items, but was informed that they were not in stock, but would be available in May. Called in May told it would be June. Called in June was told it would be July. Now not answering any emails or telling me anything. Unfortunately, I have tried to email the directors, but looks like they no longer work for the business and is now being ran by the son, but not looking good. I would not recomed dealing with this company.

Jul 17,2019Ordered from these jokers a few times. Something always arrives broken. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. They always blame someone else. Staff seem friendly , but absolutely useless. Avoid.

Dec 13,2018I ordered a number of items from this website - bamboo picks and steel waffle cone stands included. Unfortunately their packaging for the shipped items was extremely poor. The waffle cone holders came wrapped in bubble wrap only with no rigid packaging to ensure the stands were not distorted or damaged in transit. The bamboo picks packs were all completely torn and all the picks were in the box used to ship them. There was a also a hole in the box which meant that some of the picks were probably also lost in transit. I am extremely disappointed.

Jul 25,2018Excellent customer service as I purchased a dozen pint glasses and tumblers plus 6 wine glasses only to find one of the wine glasses was missing from the box. A quick phone call followed by a photograph resulted in a replacement wine glass appearing next day. Very good website offering a lot of catering requirements and they have a good selection of glasses at different price ranges.
