Do not order from this company!! They take your money and do not send you your products. They have closed their shop, cut their phone lines and do not respond to emails. Which is what happened to me.
Seem to have same experience of many other - made order weeks ago and paid in full. No sign of products, no communication ( phone answer machine says they are not using phone due to COVID so please email - fair enough but you’ve got to answer the emails!) Appalling, do not use

This is a con you send money for goods to these clowns and they keep it and ignore you they only got a star because I had to rate them to write a review. Con artist scum.

I placed an order with Heaton on 22nd November for goods which their website says will be dispatched in 2-3 days. I have emailed them 3 times but not had a reply, and also completed a cancellation form which has also been ignored. They do not answer the phone either. They delivered part of the order and I am still waiting for 3 parts of my delivery with no idea of when or even if I will ever see this. The delivery note showed the missing items on it with a hand written "to follow". Their website looks professional, but don't be fooled, as their customer service is non existent. I have now had to raise a case with my card provider to get my money back. Would never use Heaton again.
I have used this company numerous times they were slow but I always got my order in the end. My last order though which came 3 weeks ago had an item missing. I have tried contacting them over and over by telephone and email but had no response. I still haven’t received my missing item or had a refund.
Horrendous company goods have not arrived that were ordered a month ago.and can’t contact for a refund absolutely disgusting!
Ordered some plates and cups just over a week ago and came this morning, everything came as expected. I was a little hesitant with all the reviews, but I just waited patiently and I'm happy with the quality. I will use again. Thanks.
Avoid this company at all costs. Placed order at beginning of November. Took my money but never received. When you call their number you are told to report any issues via email which they do not respond to.
Ordered items, money was taken from my account immediately but I still haven’t received anything. I have sent endless emails but had absolutely nothing back.
I agree with all the recent reviews - ordered equipment in October, they immediately took my money and despite several emails and telephone calls which they don't answer - I have had no response and will now be seeking a refund from the card company I used as this company is clearly in some financial difficulties - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Appalling service. Items arrived damaged and can’t get through to anyone. No one to answer the phone and no one replies to emails. Avoid at all cost.
We ordered a wine rack recently. It seems we are all having the same problem...order acknowledged, money rapidly taken but where are the goods. Repeated phone calls only end in an answer phone message and a request to email. Inevitably there is no response. Shockingly poor communication and I wonder how they operate a business. Very disappointing and annoyed that we did not check the reviews before ordering.
I concur with most other reviews, no response to communications and very, very slow to deliver. Great prices but I suppose you get what you pay for! Would not use them again.
I ordered around £80 of whisks and scoops and after two weeks of hearing nothing I fired off a couple of emails over a week long period also tried phoning nothing came back after reading reviews on here I thought my money was lost! Then the goods I ordered turned up such a strange buying experience wish they had communicated with me. gave them three stars for the great prices.
I made an order on November 7th and the money was charged on my card immediately. We're now on November 16th and my order has still not been shipped, but order changed from 'Payment received' to 'Processing order' on monday, November 9th. Nothing has changed since then. I've sent them multiple e-mails to both of the e-mails I've found listed on their website, but have not received any reply at all. This company seems to just be a massive scam and how just ONE review on here in about a month is a 5-star rating and describes the company and their customer service as 'Excellent' is really confusing to me, since me and lots of other people obviously have no luck contacting them or receiving what we paid for. I wouldn't mind waiting for my order, if it was delayed due to covid or other restrictions, but taking peoples money, never shipping their orders and no communication at all, is really just a scam. I've opened a case on paypal to get my money back, if they do not reply there either.
Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! I placed an order on 24th October and have not received any goods. I have emailed the company 4 times and have not even received a response back and it is now the 16th November!! I am assuming this is a scam company and have raised a dispute case through Nationwide in order to get my money back as they have refused to respond. The phone number just goes to voicemail asking for all enquiries to be put in writing via email which is a joke as they do not respond! My Order reference is : WEB85357-137891

Jan 04,2021Placed an order for a wine rack and a whetstone.after a long delay I received the wine rack . Wrote to them about when can they deliver the whetstone but they never replied. And after several weeks I have given up and I do not recommend anyone to buy from them. Very bad service
