Aug 19,2020Needed stock for my cocktail business within the week so messaged and asked to ensure whether this was possible. Lauren was nothing but helpful and was there to answer any questions I had. Great customer service! I’ve ordered from there before and the quality is brilliant. Glasses were packaged safely as well!

Aug 19,2020Ordered a table and bench, the first order was refunded with no communication. I tried to get in contact but no answer/reply. Ordered again and it turned up a few weeks later with no dispatch notice. The table and bench is lovely, however the metal was marked in quite a few places. I rang and emailed with pictures but had absolutely no response. Very annoying. The table is wood and it came with no aftercare instructions. I have asked them for advice on how to look after it, whether to regularly oil it. Again no response. Very disappointing.

Aug 18,2020We ordered items and after a couple of weeks received half the order. No explanation. I then phoned and got an automated reply saying to E mail them which I did. I did this on 4 occasions over a period of 6 weeks, they never replied. Eventually I wrote to Heaton Catering and told them I would be taking legal action if they did not refund or supply my missing items. I received a refund, again no explanation. Their total disregard for their customers is disgraceful and, although fairly local to us, we will never us them again.

Aug 18,2020Placed an order over a week ago, not been delivered. No updates, no one answering phones and no one answering emails. Have started payment recovery procedures with the bank to get my money back and on top of that have lost the job with my customer that the equipment was purchased for. Disgraceful service all round.

Aug 18,2020Not brilliant. Things I ordered months ago still not arrived despite numerous attempts at contact to them. 1 item very incorrectly priced on website & price not honoured. I had to keep requesting that they actually send out my orders, although website states under a week for delivery. Im just not satisfied & Im still waiting for parts of my orders. Worth noting that the products themselves have been fine, this review is for just the vendor.

Been a couple of months and still waiting for the final bit of my order. I complain and another item arrives. What a strange way to do business. No updates ever!

Aug 18,2020Poor service order not fulfilled. Rang customer service several times and no one answering the phones. Still to date no response from customer service via email. From end to end a complete shambles.

Aug 18,2020I cant even beleive I was sent an email asking to review. order 6 items 28th June. Received 2 on 11th July. Still waiting for other 4. Got refunded by Paypal after complaining. No calls, responses to emails and messages through website. Recorded message on phone. Just dreadful. Had to buy stuff elsewhere at much higher prices.

Aug 18,2020It took 3 months to get everything but it did all arrive eventually. There was no communication at all from the company and no reply to calls or messages. Their delivery notes on the packages were very confusing. Heaton's are good value but very poor on communication and delivery times, but reasonably well packaged.

Aug 19,2020Placed an order in late June and expected a 2-3 delivery as everything in stock. After 3 weeks we cancelled the order as nothing had arrived. We purchased the items elsewhere. Despite cancelling we have now received about half of the items in multiple deliveries. No response to telephone or email communication. Have now requested a debit card charge back through our back. So disappointing. Have used this company in the past with none of these issues.
