Feb 05,2025The hotel experience was horrible the front desk didn’t come to work time. When I went downstairs to get an iron no one was there at 7am. We had to go to Walmart to purchase an iron and towels. I called from the room at 7am no answer I’ve never been so disappointed with a hotel stay ever.

Feb 05,2025I was told the room was 129. I asked about senior rates and the woman said that’s already been checked. I never said I was a senior and then the total on the bill was $180 - she never told me what those extra charges were for. And she was talking really fast I did not appreciate that at all. I did not get the room through you

Feb 05,2025I was under the impression that I was on the hotel site. I did not know I was on a third party site. I purchased the protection insurance and I cannot go on the trip due to an illness. I can’t get my money back. A dissatisfied customer. I will NEVER use hotel planner again.
