Sep 13,2024The person that I spoke with reserved my room on the wrong date and submitted it and never got back with me to give me a credit for that room. I gave him the right date and he put in the wrong date and also he only reserved it for one night when I asked him to do it for two nights From the 13th to the 15th and this idiot reserved it for the 11th and I will never use y’all again ?

I did not end up booking a room, but I really enjoyed her since of humor to me. That day was everything. She made a bad day. A great day she is definitely an asset to the company.

Sep 11,2024I made reservations with this company via phone for 3 rooms total of $2000.00 months in advance. When I went to try and cancel the rooms after a few days of making reservation, I was told that reservations were nonrefundable. I was not told that these rooms were not refundable. I could not even change the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would refund my money. They even sent several texts stating that they would refund money back to my account and they never did. Please do not use this company. I recommend expedia, trip advisor ect.

Sep 11,2024Karlo has helped me before for my stay at Hampton Inn. He is very personable and thorough and quickly helped me while maintaining a pleasant personality. I could hear his smile on the phone. I appreciate HUMAN BEINGS THAT ACT LIKE HUMAN BEINGS, instead of “by the book” manual-quoters. He is a model example.

Sep 11,2024The first time I asked for a hotel in Toronto, ON they booked me into a non-refundable hotel in Ontario, CA. Then I asked to the airport hotel in Toronto and they booked me into the Sheraton Conference hotel rather than the Sheraton Gateway at the airport. I will NEVER willing use Hotel Planner again.
