Sep 07,2024My entire experience using your booking site has been horribly impossible to deal with. My situation is still unresolved and no one has been helpful thus far. I see your response and just feel it’s important for people who see it to understand that I’m talking about a different reservation that is STILL unresolved. I wonder how much money you’re making off of my money that’s just floating around in your company.

I needed more help before a cold dump to customer service, and Nirdaly was a gentleman who provided that for me, with a great attitude. Service like that is what keeps customers returning.
