I’ve called Best Western three times and all I wanted to know was the name of the manager of the West Covina California best Western?. I was either put on hold and the call was just connected or they just didn’t want to do it and they disconnected them themselves. Lousy, pathetic, unprofessional Service.

I demand that I get a refund bc the hotel will give us the full refund if this trash ass third party will admit their mistake! Good business is good business and when you do bad business it will get worse!!!
You recommended a hotel that had cockroaches 🪳 not only on the floors, walls, countertops, sink, tub, but also inside the microwave and in the bed! Then I was told “NO REFUNDS!” I took pictures and emailed them to the booking agency, and although it’s taken almost a month, I just received verification that a refund is pending. You take the money from my account the instant the reservation is made, but then I had to fight to get a refund in a timely manner. ** In response to your reply, the credit is coming from your agency and my cc information was taken when I made my reservation with your agency.
I made a reservation with Hotel, all went good, then within 2 days had to cancel and rebook 2 more times due to Dr. Appts. Changes , this also went very good..

Reserved 2 rooms for Cobblestone Austin- they impersonated cobblestone- I had tried to call cobblestone directly but HP has a rigged line on google impersonating cobblestone - the agent made 2 rooms 2 different transactions and got one of the dates correct but the 2nd room they actually made for tonight and it was nonrefundable - Now was on the phone again for 1/2 hour trying to explain the problem to people who are having difficulty communicating English |(

Business Trip for 3 seperate people: First agent disconnected me after I got halfway through booking my first business trip reservation. Second agent said she completed all 3 reservations, for me after a 35 minute call with her, only to realize when I hung up that only 1 reservation had the correct date, and 1 NEVER was placed! 3rd agent was short, but got my reservation right so I was satisfied.
Terrible booking experience all the links didn't work correctly and then trying to get my money back has been a total nightmare and I am still trying to get my money back. A reservation was booked and not even 24 hours later I tried to cancel because our team was no longer using the hotel because they couldn't accomodate us and couldn't get a refund. Completly unacceptable.
Your cancellation policy is bizarre. Other hotels don’t lock you into your reservation with severe financial penalties. That
