we have just booked with this company and do not travel until November but the price was way cheaper than any other agent we could find.

When arriving at the hotel, the words "Sorry, we don't have any reservation for you" are hard to hear. It's quite an unpleasant experience certainly considering there's no phone number (in the country you're in) to get assistance. The hotel management did call the travel agent to get things fixed and I had prompt and regular mail feedbacks on the process. I finally could get my hotel room as expected and a very pleasant stay.

I was looking for the lowest cost for a two migh stay at the Safety Harbor Spa for a two night stay. The Internet sites had varied rates. I was leary when I saw the Hotel Travel site rate but it all worked out and I had a terrific stay at this historic hotel.

The hotel charged me extra fee because of I have a Turkish passport. Receptionist told me that as a Turkish citizen I would not book the room via international agenties. I had to pay extra usd $120 for staying the hotel. It is robbery. I don't know where I should apply for defending my rights

Hace muchos años que viajó al exterior y suelo ocuparse distintos operadores de turismo. Es la primera vez que utilizo HotelTravel y me sorprendió la rapidez de la reserva, la sencillez del pago y rectora la operatoria. Muy recomendado! Gracias HotelTravel

Your booking should reveal all the details e.g. Wifi, breakfast,etc. surprised when been informed by hotel upon check in that wifi was not included.

Never had such a horrible experience, on the 31st of december i booked a room in the ROTANA AL MAHA ARJAAN in the heart of Abu Dhabi, through the HOTELTRAVEL.COM website. Arrived on the 1st of JAN 2017 aprox. 2 AM to do my check in, THEY DIDNT HAVE A SINGLE ROOM AVAILABLE, paid almost 700 DHS equivalent to aprox, 200 dollars for that night. The staff (indian natinality) in the counter was such a careless person, very rude and told us straight away he cant do anything. There was a family with a little girl also in the same situation and he didnt care less, he didnt even pretend to help because he was standing there saying it was a problem of the website and not theirs. called the website in front of the guy and they said the hotel was the one responsible because they didnt close the slots of the rooms so thats why they were still selling the rooms. THE guy from the reception said that 15 other people had the same problem in the evening at 7 pm. my question was, why when i booked the hotel at 9 pm the issue was not resolved by the hotel? he simply didnt answer, he kept repeating he cant do anything without presenting us any solution. For me as a customer who stays in hotels every week in abu dhabi was an insult and will never RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. Specially for the quality of the staff. So sad. NONE of the two families, mine and the 3 ppl with the little girl got any solution.

Contattato l'hotel un paio d'ore dopo la prenotazione, il gestore mi ha detto che la prenotazione stessa risultava dapprima effettuata ma cancellata subito dopo dal tour operator! Contattato il servizio clienti di HotelTravel non sono riusciti a fornirmi informazioni utili a risolvere il problema, per cui alla fine ho disdetto io la prenotazione.
