May 25,2023Ordered this gazebo which arrived expediently. Not had chance to build up yet but on unpacking it seems to be a substantial piece of kit. Unfortunately one of the footplates on one of the legs arrived badly bent out of shape. No doubt this was due to carelessness on the part of the carrier. An email prompted a quick reply and the promise of a replacement within 3 days, no quibble. Looking forward to using this item once component replaced.

May 25,2023Last year I purchased a gazebo from them and unfortunately I had some problems with the curtains. I contacted them and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant man who asked me to send some pictures of the damage. Within two days received a reply within 2 days saying that a replacement set of curtains were being sent out to me and should arrive within three working days. Would recommend this company.

May 22,2023House of Tents have now resolved this issue We bought a large Sunset Deluxe gazebo just 2.5 years ago, which we loved, but a recent hailstorm made holes all over the 'weatherproof' polycarbonate roof panels. I called House of Tents to enquire about purchasing replacement roof panels and was told they cost almost half the price of buying a whole new gazebo! This is extremely disappointing and not environmentally friendly to provide roof panels which aren't fit for purpose.

May 22,2023Problem with delivery : giving 1 star. Ordered 3 by 4 gazebo and received email from them saying it was delivered but did not receive anything. Following day we received just the poles/frames for the tent. Tried calling them several times everyday but no answer, sent emails but no response till now. Update: Finally after few days spoke to a staff, Julian - he helped me with the missing orders. Since this telephone conversation, confirmation emails and tracking details from the company has been reassuring, hence I am giving 3 stars for now. I will update once I receive the missing orders. Thank you Update: giving 4 stars because of the quality of the tent and quick delivery for the missing box👍🏼

May 15,2023Ordered a Marquee for a party on the 30th April, needed for 7th May. Delivery said 2/3 working days. Appreciate that there was some bank holidays in between, but your courier just had it in holding for several of these days, even on the day it said out for delivery. Marquee took 9 days to arrive, so I had to get something else for the party. Annoyingly my husband took the delivery in when it finally arrived. Marquee was not needed as I already purchased an alternative. Waited all day on the day company said they would collect. Courier still hasn’t arrived. A whole day wasted. Lot of time, energy and money wasted. Company are ok to contact, but it’s mainly by email. No communication between company and couriers. The emailed response you have given is all very nice in theory, but the fact of the matter is I’ve still got a marquee in my hallway for the last two weeks counting… and still £555 short of my refund. Also I had a phone call from yourselves last Friday stating that if you dealt with my matter urgently then could I take this review down…..
