Apr 13,2023I have been told twice that my marquee would be delivered and it hasn’t arrived. I have not been kept up to date and have to regularly call to find out where my marquee is. Not a happy customer!!!

I contacted Houseoftents customer service immediately but needn't have worried, they were excellent sending replacement parts no quibbles. Very happy customer

Mar 28,2023i wanted the marquee for temporary storage. Henning answered all my questions and gave plenty of advice before i purchased. The marquee arrived quickly, was easy to erect (two people) and is very stable. it's nice we'll probably keep it up in the garden through spring and summer now.

Mar 25,2023I've contacted customer support with a problem with my gazebo. A damaged carrying bag and damage to the paint. They contacted me to ask questions about the things I'd told them previously, including pictures. I've heard nothing since and that's nearly a week ago. I've since been contacted by house of tents and the problem has been resolved to each other's satisfaction.

Mar 23,2023Absolutely terrible experience. I would give minus stars if I could. It took almost 5 months to get a spare parts delivered. Firstly, my order was not placed for the unknown reason (had to chase it up after few weeks). Then it turned out that actual order was not correct and had to be amended. When we finally got to the payment (before sending the parts) it took again a long time. I paid the invoice straight away and then nothing happened for a month. When I called I was told that the invoice was not paid! And my order was cancelled! I had to provide bank statement + confirmation from the website that they provided that it was paid. After few phone calls i was told that they finally got the confirmation from the finance department (after more than 30 days). I did not even mention the price. I paid £1000 for the marquee and the spare parts that were maybe 1/10 of the whole marquee cost me £500 (including £80 delivery). All in all a very lengthy and expensive process. I would avoid this company. Also it's worth mentioning that I didn't hear any apologies for any issues I encountered. Btw. Even my name in the email is not right, it was addressed to Kunde. Mar 18,2023I needed somewhere pretty quick to set up a welding workshop outside of our customers premises, and the 6mtr x 3mtr tent ticked all the boxes, speedy delivery, I erected it inside 1 hour between me and my 2 colleagues. Bolted down to floor through the feet as it will be up all year throughout the wind and rain. I also had a fire certificate supplied to satisfy what we were using it for. All in all am very pleased with purchase.

Feb 17,2023I have left one star as I am unable to leave 0 stars! Avoid this company!! I was sold a faulty marquee that cost nearly £600, it lasted 2 weeks! I've been pursuing them since November for a replacement or refund and their customer service is appalling. Left without communication, unanswered emails, the person who is dealing with it is never in the office. It's ridiculous. So I'm now left having paid an awful lot of money for a pile of broken poles! The structural integrity of their product was awful, the welded joints fell apart. Unfit for use.
