May 20,2021My father purchased a large pop up gazebo we were assured it was super strong abs weather proof! It arrived and the first gust of summer breeze snapped two legs. These have been replaced at a cost of £60 per leg! We took the tent down abs stored in the shed for the winter! It’s been up a month! Fully protected against the side of the house by six foot trees the tent is completely ruined! The metal used in the manufacture of this tent is a joke! It’s folded and snapped we are in May I live in the south west of England we don’t get horrendous weather and omg it’s fit for the bin. I contacted House of Tents and was told basically tough! 1 month use! At a cost of over £400 it’s not even a year old! I did r ask for a full replacement. Just the canopy it arrived at the end of august 2020 and was stored by end of sept! I have pics too! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY their products are rubbish! I am seeking leg advise as the product is not fit for purpose! Not happy

Apr 28,2021BEWARE! BEWARE! DON'T BUY IT! I paid over £1300 for a premium gazebo back in August, delivered in September last year. We used it a couple of times. We assembled it again before Xmas, but didn't get to use it due to the T4 / lockdown restrictions. It was left at the side of our house, sheltered. In January, the gazebo just collapsed. Metal brackets broken into a few pieces. Frame bent. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. The supplier claims it was NOT faulty, but failed due to WEAR-AND-TEAR!!! I should have read the reviews on here, rivyoo.co.uk and trustedshops.co.uk before buying. Don't make the same mistake! UPDATE: House of Tents has flagged this review with Trustpilot suggesting it is NOT a genuine experience! I have sent my invoice and email communications to Trustpilot as requested. Hence now shown as verified. Also, House of Tents claimed the product failed because it was altered whilst in our possession! This is a blatant lie and completely without foundation. Other reviews support this. The product is simply not fit for purpose. HOUSE OF TENTS said must remove review BEFORE they will sent replacement tent. 07/04/2021 - called from 0118 315 0873 @ 16:05pm (Not Alexandra - another woman). Not received anything or had any communications from House Of Tents since, so review being reinstated (28/04/2021). BEWARE. This is an EU company (from Germany) and since leaving the EU (Brexit) there are MAJOR problems when dealing with issues like this. Even more so from an unscrupulous company like this. We have found out the hard way DO NOT BUY!

Mar 04,2021My gazebo got squashed by the recent snow. Replaced now and is better than the first one I had, survived the wind without ripping. Much better than the one I got on ebay.

Mar 03,2021I ordered a Gazebo in November and within 3 months the metal poles holding the gazebo together had snapped. Straight away i emailed them with photo evidence and asked if they'd send me 2 small replacement poles to fix the issue. The email i got back was to tell me i'd have to pay for it as it was my fault they had broke. I continued to explain that i'm not mishandling a £300+ gazebo and that what i'm asking for isn't too much. However this company refuse to help and i just want to warn other customers from buying anything from this company because it seems their 'warranty' policy is pointless! Shop somewhere else and don't make the same mistake i did!

Feb 18,2021We ordered an expensive gazebo from them last year. It said it was extra strong but unfortunately one of the metal poles has broken and the top has torn. I tried to buy replacements because the website said this was possible but the company has told me they can’t do this at the moment. I have asked for alternative proposals to resolve the situation but the company has not replied. Not good enough really given the high price of these tents. This afternoon I spoke to a very helpful and friendly member of staff at House of Tents. They are going to send repair parts for the tent to me as soon as they are able to. There are delays due to supply issues so it is likely to be April. Assuming this is achieved then my issues will have been resolved.

Jun 21,2021We bought a marquee from them 3 years ago. It's still going strong. The zip failed within the first year so they sent a replacement panel. It's outside 24 7 and we've had to replace a few panels along the way but that's because it gets hammered by the children and the elements. Just hoping they'll be delivering to the UK soon as we need a second one now!
