May 16,2024I ordered and paid in good faith for a poly tunnel. After waiting for notification of delivery eventual notififcation came for a Wednesday. Day taken off work but no delivery ! Made a daily phine call 5 days in a row trying to determine where my delivery was. It was always someone else's fault and after threatening to withdraw my order progress was made. 9 days afetr the initial delivery date we final got a rather battered box containing the poly tunnel. Ordering was easy but delivery of the product was not acceptable.

Just had our 2nd large storage tent (10m x 8m) the decision to purchase from House of Tents was easy as our 1st tent (10m x 5m) is still going strong after 7 years of hard service. Very easy construction with good instructions, NO missing parts, in fact some extra's are included. We would highly recommend House of tents products due to the robustness of the construction and quality of both product and customer service. All communication answered swiftly by helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

Apr 23,2024Do not waste your money here - we purchased an industrial commercial tent for storage at our business. It is absolutely horrendous, 3 days its taken so far to put up and it's still not complete, the cover is so heavy the bars can't support it and it has bent/snapped nearly every pole. Not to mention we couldn't even lift it, they refuse to accept returns/refunds and try to hide behind the fact they are registered in Germany (which is irrelevant with an english website) and shipping from the UK. Instructions don't match, we had parts missing, everything in one box nothing separated or labeled. We had a bag of about 200 mixed screws meaning we had to get someone to sit there with a ruler measuring each one and separating them and by the end we still had loads missing. £2000 wasted on this pile of rubbish. Do not order.

Apr 18,2024Ordered tent following a few online queries which were promptly responded to. Tent delivery was prompt - within 2-3 days with good communications, however there was one missing item (although we could see that it was dispatched by delivery company). Contacted House of Tents via email advising of status and received a response within 24hrs advising that they would liaise with delivery company. After not receiving a positive response from the delivery company, they arranged for a replacement to be sent which was received the next day. Although an issue with the delivery, the customer service was excellent and the problems resolved promptly with great communications.
