If you want to deal with great, caring people without pressure Howard’s garage in Weston Super Mare is the perfect place to go. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased new(second hand) car while waiting for my original car to be serviced, purchased 10 years ago from Howard’s Honda. Salesman was totally professional,friendly and knowledgeable has followed up with several phone calls to make sure everything is perfect which it is. I have used this company over the last 10 years, Honda and Nissan dealership nothing is too much trouble,I would recommend them for your next new or second hand car

From initial enquiry we were made to feel welcome in Howards Toyota. Our interest was taken seriously without any obvious 'sales patter'. Everything was explained well. We made our decision within 2 days and then Marcus made sure that we could take away our chosen car at the end of the week as requested. He also made it so that it was a real 'event' to collect our new car. (We've never had a brand new car before - but our daughter has and she didn't get the 'star' treatment elsewhere . ) We're happy that Howard's Toyota gave us the best overall deal.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful, helping to identify the best model for me not trying to push the most expensive one (like most places). Picking up my car was a lot of fun Too, they had it covered in the show room for me to unveil and then they walked me through all the specifics of my model and extras showing me how to use it all and setting it up. Fantastic! I wouldn’t change a thing about the whole experience

Pretty good over all. Not great at getting back to you once the sale has gone through! We noticed a little dent on the car we got on finance as soon as we got it home. I called to tell them and no one ever responded. Hopefully we won’t run into problems when the car is returned!

On handover found a 9 inch scruff mark on bonnet, had to be polished out whilst i waited. Maps and software not up to date. Car had to go back to fit tow bar which you couldn't get hold up in the time between order and handover.

Purchased a used car from Used Car Centre. Very pleased with Peugeot 3008. Staff very helpful, very fair trade in allowance given. Car very clean and serviced upon collection. No pressure from sales staff at any point. Thankyou for a very pleasant experience.

Service from sales staff was very good and efficient..However I am going to have to contact the tech: dept with regard to the set up of the "tom-tom" element of the satnav..I dont think it has been set up, as I cannot get live traffic updates via tomtom, and the tomtom logo should appear at the bottom right corner but the logo reads TMC which I think is incorrect...But I am really not sure...Speed camera alerts are also missing..Appart from that all is ok.....If the tech: staff red this, this morning perhaps they can contact me by email .......graham.hamley at my email address that is known to you..Cheers
