Ordered a car and then told Citroen were not making that colour until 3 months hence so changed choice of colour.for delivery in September. Waited from August until November before the car even reached my chosen garage. NOT my garage's fault

My husband and I have always found the level of car servicing with Howards Yeovil to be very good. However there were some issues when I recently upgraded my Peugeot. The salesperson was extremely nice but the car handover was fraught with some difficulties. The agreed remedial items/actions were not undertaken prior to the handover, which resulted in a delay and involved me having to return the car for these works to be completed to my satisfaction.
Really fantastic service fron initial visit when looking at cars to concluding purchase. Salesman at Dorchester (Stuart) made me feel welcomed and treated me as an individual. Was very polite and not pushy at all. From initial visit to collecting car was only 2 day's. On collection everything about car was really explained by Stuart, nothing was left out. Thank you.
Our experience of choosing and purchasing a new car from Howard’s Peugeot in Taunton proved to be a pleasurable experience. The salesman was attentive and helpful with a lot of patience in helping my wife and I decide which model would suit our requirements and obtaining the best deal available. All this was done without any pressure by excellent and friendly staff in the sales department.

I have been a customer of the Howards group since 2009. I had no hesitation in coming back to Howards when I needed to replace my beloved Jazz, so cruelly written off by a taxi at Junction 20! The staff at your Peugeot dealership could not of been more helpful and professional. Your service was so slick. I emailed asking for a test drive, it was booked in with no difficulty whatsoever. I was contacted by phone the next morning to confirm my situation.The lady who took me out was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The actual sale process was also amazing. I visited many different garages looking for the right car and found that Howards were far superior with the customer service. They were very willing to deal with telephone queries regarding the car before purchase. I didn't find them at all pushing and very willing to allow you to test drive any car. I loved the personal touch on the follow up video, and the additional perks on the sale definitely helped me deciding on my final car choice. Salesman Mark made me at ease as it had been awhile since I had purchased a car. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Friendly sales team, good product knowledge and quick followup when we managed to ask that awkward question! The spares department also quick and efficient when we changed our minds about accessories, so my only possible complaint might be that the coffee wasn't the best I have been offered in my trawl through local showrooms! As for the car itself, we are really pleased with our Ionic plug in hybrid.
