Throughout our issue, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and proactive in ensuring everything was handled smoothly. We initially faced some delays with the warranty company, but Mr. Drew went above and beyond by arranging maintenance from their own side when the warranty provider failed to show up. Thanks to his dedication, the problem was eventually resolved by their own engineer, and everything is now working perfectly! It’s rare to come across such genuine customer care and commitment to resolving issues. I truly appreciate his efforts and highly recommend their service.

Feb 14,2025Now we've retired, we decided to downsize and move area and after considerable debate opted for Howkins and Harrison. I was always dubious about what estate agents actually did to earn their fee but without their proactive approach I have no doubt that we would still be awaiting a purchaser. Matt, Nadine and Jackie were a fabulous team and whilst they worked very hard openly on our behalf, they worked even harder behind the scenes to keep the momentum going. Nadine was brilliant with viewings and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her whilst Matt made it absolutely clear that he would do everything possible to help us - and he did. Jackie always kept us informed and provided excellent feedback and advice. When I consider the fees, what they did for us, what they achieved- and how we would feel still sat in our old unsold house, I regard engaging with Howkins and Harrison to be a very smart move which - at 73 - has allowed us to embark on a final adventure and not be stuck in uncertainty and disappointment. She is a great communicator, was always willing to offer a helping hand, even outside of normal working hours. Jan 24,2025H&H I have been liaising with Lisa Swinnerton, from the Atherstone branch , for a rental property, When I first met and dealt with Lisa 6 months ago she was very professional and so helpful, this was the first time I had to anything like this on my own but Lisa made sure I had all the information i needed and provided me with support to ensure I was to secure the property I wanted, she made it a seamless process. He introduced himself, explained what had been doing, and what to expect with inspections, etc. More than that, he was incredibly nice to talk with and helpful with advice about reporting maintenance issues and other things. It was reassuring to get a personal explanation of the inspection process, and he seems like a very nice person and on top of his job.
