Mar 22,2020Worst customer service ever!!! I have been trying to call for over a week and sent multiple emails and yet I have not got any response. I wont be surprised when your company goes out of business but it also deters people from using sky scanner and in future will book direct with airline. My booking number mphvwh was supposed to fly on the 20th to Dublin but cant as if I leave I cant re enter with Covid 19 restrictions but for all I know it will appear as a no show for my flight all because you cant confirm any details. It appears you may have cancelled my flight with etihad but are not giving me the refund

Mar 21,2020UNSUPPORTIVE Due to pandemic covid-19, I send an email on 8th March while my flight bound to Chicago from Abu Dhabi on 18th March. I requested for 2 subjects (refund or date change) I emailed and called several times and finally, they replied to my email on 18th March and has offered a refund of 100 euros, and it's ONLY 1/3 of my ticket cost while there is a deadline of 4.5 hrs to decide if I would accept or not! This is such an inappropriate approach to your client. The situation is beyond anyone's control and try to be considerate with the circumstances. Booking reference: YDJGUQ

Mar 20,2020My family were denied boarding from London to Dubai although we hold valid resident visa to UAE. I had sent a request early morning on the 19th March on to mytickets.ae for a refund or date change as the borders have been closed on on the same day. I have not received any information or update from mytickets.ae. Our flight was with British Airways and they have advised us to call the agent. I have been trying since yesterday and I am not able to get through to them and no response what so ever. Mar 20,2020I needed to cancel my flight due to the UAE closing its borders for residents overnight due to CORONA. I tried to contact the platform probably 20 times since 6h30am in the morning with absolutely no reply, even though they mentioned that they replied to flights departing within 72 hours (mine departed within 14 hours). I had an auto reply to say cancellation request accepted, but dont know that this means. The booking reference is: FVBCFE, QSVOEF. Could you please reply email listed on the booking. Thank you

Mar 20,2020Same - can't get in touch, can't get a response, have given up on everything with these guys. I hope they go out of business following this so no more people can lose their money also. £700 gone because they have no customer service, no way of getting in touch, no way of changing flights and no way of cancelling. Half my flights are already cancelled by the airline yet still nothing back from this company. Total scam - STAY AWAY

Trust me don't ever book flight from this website its a fraud I believed. Mar 16,2020I have the same problem as everyone else. Calling time and time again and no answer, then your call is cut off. I fly on the 18th March to Seychelles, however due to current issues with Coronavirus travel restrictions have been applied that mean I cannot leave the country. Need to change my flight urgently as per the following: Booking Ref. LUACHS DXB - Seychelles - 18th September @ 02:35 Seychelles - DXB - 24th September @ 23:50 Regards.

Mar 11,2020I was billed an amount and then charged a different amount obviously higher, when I tried to complain they told me I need to give them a bank statement for them to investigate in it, so I have to either share my own personal bank statement with them or accept the 60 Euros extra payment

Feb 29,2020Mytickets.ae is an unprofessional website. Booked our tickets to Saudi Arabia for Umrah (religious pilgrimage). Saudi has cancelled all flights due to Corona Virus. Mytickets is refusing to give us a refund although this is an unforeseen situation. They are greedy and unprofessional. They are charging us Aed 2000 as cancellation fee although our flights are booked for April. We are v upset and shall tell all our friends about this

Jan 27,2020Totally Scam Dear All, I have booked ticket from myTickets.ae website. Its almost been 1 year i did not receive my refund. The flight is cancelled by the air line and for refund from almost a year i am writing there customer care. but they have excuse every time. I suggest but in double price but dont buy from them definately you are going to loose your money. Also i request who ever got cheated please make sure that file a complaints write review every where so no one got cheated. I mean how they can run scam business.Please i request you all to not buy any ticket from them. I already emailed you thousand times in one year you can check for your reference this is my booking UPENBX. I want to say it again to all dont book from here.
