Dec 12,2019I was offered to got a refund of 130 Saudi riyals only from the original price for 2 tickets price 2486 SAR i paid. Its a complete scam. Ticket price 2486 non refundable toll fee 1723 non refundable taxes 168 consultancy fee 271 !!!!!!! additional fees 193 !!!!!!!! Simply avoid these thieves.

Nov 23,2019I booked my ticket. While booking it showed AED 897 but they deducted 1014.. Its unbelievable that while booking never they showed the real value. Is it even possible to do something like this?

Nov 17,2019I booked two tickets from Cancun to Vancouver for which I paid Euros 384. As per the Canadian visa application rules, the ticket must be purchased and submitted with the application. Unfortunately, my visa did not get approved in time for my scheduled travel therefore I had to cancel my trip. I advised Myticket.ae that I will not be able to travel as I have not received my visa and sought a refund. They agreed to offer a refund of only Euros 84 (as against the fare of Euros 384) after calculating several deductions. I had no choice but to reluctantly accept this refund. I was advised to go to the site to accept the refund for which I had to pay a service fee of Euros 64. It seems ridiculous to pay a service fee of Euros 64 to claim a refund of Euros 84 after ‘My tickets’ has already deducted Euros 300 to process the refund. I will never deal with MyTickets.

Nov 01,2019Be Careful for this service, People in customer service are not too helpful, if You are planing change date of Your ticket or cancel You have to pay more service charge the Amount which they return. I do not recommend!!!

Oct 06,2019This site is a scam, never book your tickets with this site. I never got my refund even though they requested a bank statement and all. I sent numerous emails to them with vague response. They said they are emailing their concerned department but after 7 months, the money was still not refunded due to cancelled flight. Never book again and trust this website.

Jun 19,2019Hello. Two days ago i decided to use mytickets.ae. First of all, i have paid extra for ticket which could be refunded. But according to operator website my ticket is cannot be refunded. Second, while i was filling my personal data at your website, field for nationality or document place of issue was not present at the page, therefore wrong value was substituted automatically. I have found this issue when i was checking my booking reference on a carrier website. If I did not check the data on the site of carrier, i would have problem. Feedback from customer service was awful. Worst experience ever.

Jun 17,2019It has been more than 2.5 months since I initiated my refund request. They never provide you with a meaningful response. It is extremely frustrating to deal with them. Skyscanner should remove mytickets.ae from its list. Never ever book a ticket with them again.

Jun 06,2019Never book tickets on my tickets.ae. They acclaim that they are the cheapest but not. Once you buy the tickets in your currency then the airline will charge in their currency majorly Euros. If you select my ticket services they are charging Aed 278/ for the same. I also called to their US office and as per them they cannot do anything on that as the T&C you clicked read this point is mentioned somewhere. Don’t ever use this site. Regards- Puneet

May 31,2019DO NOT USE !!!. This website is so dodgy its unreal. Thankfully our payments never went through - fraud detection blocked - but who knows if they have scammed our cards and will use in the future. Firstly, when you sign up - notice how the password you created - the account confirmation email shows a different one. Just spoke to them on Facebook and asked for a direct UAE telephone number = they went ghost. Please go to your accounts and alter all your personal data. You can't deactivate your account but you can alter the info into nonsense. Be safe!

May 01,2019I wish I had read these reviews before booking. Skyscanner you need to REMOVE this website from your search results. It is a complete scam. Find a low price for a ticket, receive a ticket confirmation with number and airline confirmation, credit card is charged, then you receive an email stating the "airline has a surcharge" and you must pay the difference. Meanwhile they tell the airline there is an issue with your credit card so they can blame you/ You call the airline and they say all tickets are pre purchased by these online travel agents so it would be impossible for an airline to "charge a surcharge" AFTER payment and ticket issued. Refund to credit card has yet to happen - "subject to exchange rate". The call center staff hang up on you too - happened 3 times to me.

Dec 29,2019Scam!! I tried to book a flight with this site. Once I entered card details and confirmed booking... I received a message which stated the flight selected was unavailable and I was still charged on credit card without an explanation. Stay away from this website, it's a complete scam!
