Very untrustworthy and unprofessional company. I cancelled my ticket back in March before the lockdowns started to happen, and they promised me a refund in 5-7 days. Its almost 4 months already and they are telling me now that they wait a refund from the airline, while the airline already issued a refund to them! Don't trust them, don't use their service and stay away as far as you can if you don't want to lose your money.
As no star is not possible, it will have to be one. I have been trying to get a refund after my flight with BA was cancelled. My ticket just need to contact trace support at BA to get the plane ticket refunded or replaced. Instead, I get large volume of calls and then an e-mail telling me to contact BA directly. Shocking company. O rating if I could
Worst booking site i have seen, All international flights were cancelled to India since March still you are saying that airlines have not confirmed yet that flight was cancelled.Please don't fool your customers.
It's Horrible, I am working in the field and never face a similar company, I fly every two weeks around the world and I use metasearch engines to book my flights, first time I use Mytickets.ae for my family, and they stuck back home, the Airlines confirmed the full refund to the Agent but they keep the money with them already 3 months, they don't answer phone calls or emails, I guess they are bankrupted.

Absolutely appalling! I have been trying to get a refund for almost three months now and constantly I receive the same generic email saying that they are dealing with high volumes and ask me to bear with them. I completely understand the higher volumes, but to keep a customer waiting for three months is abysmal! I have also tried to reach them on the number provided, however it is never answered! I have spent AED 6,250 with mytickets.ae and the service they have provided is nothing short of disgusting! NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM!
Don,t TRUST them even if you have to paid 20% extra on some other site or portal. They are fraud.
This is my second review... These guys are not even responding for the concerns raised before. In the portal it was showing that you will get a mail regarding refund status, it is almost 2 Months for now they are least bothered to respond to the customers. I believe they might have received the cancellation funds of all the customers and surviving with the amount. Not a single reviewer have ever mentioned that they received the amount... Forget about amount no one received a proper reply. Hay mytickets.ae Can I expect my money back? Please come up with a reply... This is my third review on this agency just because I need everyone to learn from my experience with them , I purchased a ticket through them last February to bring my dad to Dubai . Due to the corona virus pandemic my dad wasn’t allowed to travel as UAE banned all passengers to enter except for UAE nationals and residents since then am trying to get a refund for my ticket for almost a month I didn’t get any reply from them neither via calls nor emails. When they finally answered they wanted to charge me penalties worth half of the purchased ticket price when I refused and asked for full refund they asked me to resubmit my request which I did and till now I didn’t get my refund and when I follow up I get an email after 5 days telling me it’s still under process !!! Honestly I don’t encourage anyone to use them and personally I will never use them again and I will not stop till I get my full refund even if I have to write reviews on them in all possible platforms !!!
It's been more than 3 weeks, I have been trying to reach mytickets.ae. No response on phone nor on emails. Due to coronavirus my flight has been canceled and I raised a request to refund the amount but it is still open. I contacted the airline office and they are asking to cancel through the ticketing office. No emails are answered and phone calls unanswered. I received the below email from the airlines' office. Dear Passenger, Rebooking to any date within 12 months from the date of original departure is available for all tickets with a departure from March 10 to May 31, 2020, except for the flight tickets with open departure dates. As an alternative, we also offer you a refund as a voucher that may be used for flights within a year from the original date of departure. In case of your disagreement with the above conditions, the airline is ready to provide full refund for your tickets in a consistent order 60 days after the resumption of normal operations. We requested to have our tickets refunded on March the 13th, this was successfully processed and after several emails of asking this airline where my money was, the airline told me that the money was successfully credited back on my bank account and should be received within 5-10 days. It is now the 16th of April. ONE MONTH LATER, AND NO MONEY HAS BEEN RETURNED! Every one is suffering with the pandemic, and this airline is making it even more difficult by not returning hard earned money! Disgraceful. It’s a sure way of making sure people never use this airline company again. I have emailed 12 times. My booking reference is ZIDRWS. The Dubai authorities WILL be notified by the end of this week for fraud if this isn’t going to be sorted. It is robbery what this airline is doing.
I have booked a ticket from mytickets in January 2020. Due to the Corona virus outbreak, the ticket has been cancelled and I was instructed by the airline to contact my tickets and obtain a voucher for the value of myticket as a refund is apparently not possible. After numerous tries at calling the mytickets call centre, I got in touch with a representative which very politely said that it is possible and sent me an email with all the instructions. I followed all the instructions on the email and submitted my claim. After more than 5 working days, I got this response back: "Your request has been declined because of: According updated information from the side of airline issuing vouchers is not possible any more. Travel date change in the original booking class without a penalty is permitted. If there are no seats in the selected class or fare conditions change, surcharge for the fares difference is possible. To change the travel date, create the request in your account and select the new flight dates." I tried to get into contact with the call centre again but nobody has picked up. The response is in very poor English and did not make any sense as the airline's website and call centre clearly indicated that issuing a voucher is POSSIBLE! I have submitted another refund request on 3 April attaching screenshots from the airline's website and so far did not get any response from mytickets! On another note, I did try to change my ticket dates and to my surprise, the reply was very quick in requesting me to pay almost AED 1300 when I bought the original ticket for AED 1074. It's been 4 weeks now I have been trying to reach you guys. No response on phone nor on emails. I also raised a request to reschedule it was changed to waiting for customers feedback and within 1 minute changed to cancel. Do you except a customer to respond in 1 minute? Would have been better off booking directly with the airline. Since I was notified by Etihad that my flights have been cancelled, I have rung the helpline on 7 separate occasions (each time put on hold for 15mins+ before the line just goes dead without an answer), AND have written to the support/help desk three separate emails. All I have are automated responses that my emails have been delivered. My booking reference number (#CRQQOA) is mentioned in my correspondence. I understand the helplines may be overloaded. However, it seems someone in the company clearly has the time to respond to the complaints here, but no time to take care of the customers contacting the company directly!
Update: 1st April I have specified and fulfiled all the below required information in my (Refund request) and even on Trustpilot. Am just getting the same stereotype replies; we will get back to you!? Info@mytickets not helping at all. I need a contact number, I didn't get through any contact number i have. Anyway, my booking code is IBRBYY I had purchased 3 tickets. No questions on cancellation reasons, The reasons are very clear.... Boarders are closed, airports shutdown, no visas,.....etc. Why am not getting any response, it's irritating. That's one of the worst customer service i ever experienced. I'm going to escalate this matter. That's an obvious fraud. It's been more than three weeks bagging for an action. All what am getting, we will get back to you sir. Why you are not adding on the cancellation drop list the airports shutdown status ! I will contact the Dubai consumer protection to get my money back.

Dear mytickets.ae, my 2 flights are cancelled with your service, I've agreed to your proposition and I've payed twice the 160AED 'fine' to proceed. This was last week for one ticket, few days ago for the second ticket. I've received no confirmation at all, and no mail with any question or guidelines. Since then I can only see the status of both bookings on 'Awaiting Return', with the comment 'We are waiting for additional information from you, which is mandatory for a refund.' I've mailed you a few times without any reply. Tried to 'chat', but nobody there to replied neither. Since yesterday morning the 'chat'-function has technical probs 'Sorry, we are doing technical work. Try later.'... Can anyone at least tell me what 'additional information' you need? regards, Steven
