Sep 30,2023I initially called and spoke to Callum due to the fact I couldn’t complete the order online. Callum was extremely helpful. Within 24hours the installers had contacted me to do an online survey and the final quote came in cheaper than the initial quote. Callum kept in touch throughout the process (couple of weeks) to make sure everything ran smoothly. The installer was polite and professional. Only fault was that his van dropped oil on my driveway. Would recommend

Sep 29,2023The product when working is alright but there’s no aftercare. I researched a few and the Hypervolt seemed to be a good all rounder and well reviewed. My installation was fine and initial care was good. The charger when installed had poor signal and began cutting off and going offline. I contacted Hypervolt who seemed quick to dismiss and we’re obsessed with giving me a range extender even though it was close to the Wi-Fi point. After weeks of deliberating they eventually got the installer out who confirmed the signal was poor. The Hypervolt rep on the phone said the only way forward would be hardwiring. Three weeks later I contacted asking what had happened … nothing … suddenly they asked all the same questions again then implied it was sorted and they have arranged with the installer to hardwire. Every bit of communication is disjointed and big you miss their phone call you speak to someone else who says email to speak to the person who rang you, then seems to take an age to reply. They contacted asking if the contractor had been in touch to install the hardwiring. I replied no. I’ve messaged him and he’s now not responding. I’ve emailed them. No doubt this will reach someone who says it doesn’t need installing and have I tried a range extender. All in all I wish I’d used another company. I would avoid Hypervolt based on shoddy haphazard disjointed aftercare.

Sep 29,2023Had an issue with a charger cable on Hypervolt 2.0 Very responsive and helpful, and kept in contact. Issue was resolved (The signal cable was faulty, the cable was changed. The car was not detecting being plugged in)

Sep 28,2023Had the EV charger fitted last week by Duncan of Sapphire Design and Build, one of Hypervolt's approved installer electricians. Very neat job and a courteous service. Charger working fine and the 7.5m cable we needed fits on the charger unit ok. The separate wall socket for the charging holster is good.

Sep 26,2023My first charger and very pleased with my Hypervolt, had it installed by qualified electrician. The App is good it shows estimated cost of the charge. The appearance is great, LEDs tell you what is happening. It came with a wall socket, which I did not see in the description, after wrapping my cable the plug fits into wall socket, much better than just hanging loose.

My recommended install was 10/10 and Hypervolt answered sales and techical queries instantly on the phone/email and whatsapp. Highly recommend. I'm using my charger with a smart tariff and worked absolutely fine the first night of charging.

Sep 23,2023Great system Hypervolt have. Selected the charger on their website and then it provides a list of their trusted installation partners. I reached out to a few and all came back with quotes from which I had varied prices, estimated install times etc to pick from. I opted with Missenden Electrical who were out within a week and have done a great and tidy job. Both parties communicate and provide updates the whole way through (Callum at Hypervolt and Terry at Missenden Electrical). Can’t fault their levels of service and I’d certainly recommend. Missenden Electrical gave plenty of information about Surge Protection and didn’t push for me to have it. I did take their advice and expertise onboard to also include the Surge Protector. Missenden Electrical sent a very proactive and knowledgeable engineer who didn’t leave until I had full use of the newly installed charger and I knew how to use the app and various functions. Great service all round

The charger itself as well looks great and is already getting plenty of use! Highly recommended

Sep 21,2023I had my Hypervolt 2.0 installed in August 2022 and had no problem until recently when charger did not respond to the App and showed no lights. As I was unable to get a response from the original installer I contacted Hypervolt Technical Support who quickly arranged for an engineer to visit. He was initially unable to diagnose the problem but Hypervolt managed to resolve the issue. I cannot fault the customer service provided by Hypervolt, prompt and courteous and also that of the electrician from Morrell Electrical Services.

In that time it has never not charged my car or let me down it is very reliable even in heavy Scottish snow The hypervolt staff are the best you will get. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable it is by far the best service you will get. Not only that but even weekends or out hours there is always someone to help. I had a few issues with a older version hypervolt sorted it without question doing this almost immediately and remotely The charger is amazing easy to use the lights work perfectly so know exactly what is happening. The app gives accurate charge status history and cost it’s amazing I am proud to have a hypervolt If you need a charger do not hesitate this hypervolt is everything you will need.
