Been using Hypervolt for a year or so now and all good. Had a small technical query following change of supplier to Intelligent Octopus. Asked question and was delighted to get a detailed response back, problem solved. Would highly recommend Hypervolt to anyone interested in a buying vehicle charger.

I returned from holiday to find I couldn’t use the app to control my Hypervolt. Customer service answered my phone call within a minute and was able to help me resolve the problem (it was a network connection issue).
Great looking EVCP , Went for the new Home Pro 3, Installed myself (I’m an Electrician) connected and set up very easy after an initial connection error, App looks very Straight forward , Neighbours are going to love my LED light show 😂 , My car delivery is due Oct 17th , so I’ll update this review after it’s been in use for a couple of weeks or so, But great Customer service and support so far.👍

Well what can I say, the guys who came to install our EV charger were fantastic. Our house is from 1885 and the consumer board is at the front of the house above the bedroom door our garage is free standing at the back of the house. The guys had no issues at all any complications were just sorted, no stress to us at all. We were very grateful for this. Most contractors come to this house and moan from the minute they come in due to the quirky lay out but not this time. Thank you so much James and the team at total electrical ne ltd
Hypervolt offered a good customer experience with clear communication throughout. Initially I was put in touch with a local installer who added extra charges to the initial quote and gave an unconvincing explanation for them (claiming the initial quote didn't include materials such as cable and clips!). I asked for a different installer to quote and was quickly connected with Impra Charge. The service from them was excellent throughout - they honoured their initial estimate which was lower than the first provider, and added surge protection and a separate consumer unit for an extra £49+vat whereas the first installer had quoted £300 extra. The Hypervolt 3.0 Pro came out while my install was pending and initially Hypervolt called encouraging me to pay an extra £50 for this model as the standard one was now out of stock in Space Grey (or I could have the original model but in a different colour). However when I queried this they managed to find a standard model in the right colour and had that shipped to me in time for the install slot. The installer was on time, polite and friendly and did a quick and neat job, putting up with our 2-year-old who was very interested in what he was doing plus the enquiries of our passing neighbours. The charger looks smart, seems to work well and the app is straightforward and reliable so far. Overall a very positive experience and a customer support model that seems well managed and responsive.
Good information on their website. Simple to supply just the basic information to start the process. Contacted me by phone on the same day to confirm. My chosen, local, authorised installer, Utley EV, were also good. They also contacted me on Day 1. Information capturing via their portal was straightforward, a few further questions of me allowed them to confirm the price, which added a bit more as the cable route from the “fuse box” was potentially difficult. I chose an installation day, which though 2 weeks after initial contact was at my choosing, so could have been within 10 days. Adam Utley on the day turned up on time, persevered through the job and made a really smart job of the installation. And the charger itself? Very simple to use - just plug in and it charges. Early days with it but more than happy and have just recommended it to a neighbour.

Hypervolt’s customer service has been excellent, the team tried remotely fix and then decided to send an installer to check it further as it didn’t work. We eventually established it was a car fault but they were prepared to replace the charger without question.

The latest Hypervolt home charger was fitted on Sept 23rd 2023 by their installer Utley Electrical Ltd. The unit is a very nice looking product and comes with lots of features. The installer was a very nice man who did a great job of fitting the unit, with the cabling and hardware placed in the most suitable area and my garage left spotless. From my initial contact with Hypervolt the whole process was really smooth and I was informed of the progress of my order all the way along by the installer and contacted intermittently by Hypervolt to make sure I was happy. Great experience, highly recommended.
There are many EV chargers to choose from today and it's only by chance that we went with Hypervolt, but glad we did. The unit itself is great and the app is very intuitive. The best bit though is they customer service. We had a couple of initial teething problems registering the system and then one or two early glitches, but Hypervolt were instantly responsive and helped us through in no time. Even following up later, unprompted, to make sure everything was still okay. Five stars for the customer service alone!
I recently moved home and needed my EV Charger unit fitted to my new house. I had problems connecting the unit to my new internet provider. I called the Customer Service Support Unit and managed to speak to Louise who was absolutely exceptional. My mobile phone line kept dropping out but Louise kept calling me back regardless and then shared via email (as this was easier to do with my line keep on dropping) how I can connect my EV Charger to my App. Louise even sent me an email days later to see if everything was ok, which it was after her helpful step-by-step email on how to get connected. The service received by Louise and Hypervolt was exceptional, and I wish ALL Customer Service representatives were like this. A big shout out to you Louise. Thank you so so much.

Oct 17,2023The product as I hoped is really good, the app is easy to use and the extended cable length is a really good option, also the slim design means it fits within the depth of the gutter down pipe so that helps parking next to it without hitting it.
