Sep 19,2023Enquiry quickly dealt with and I was referred to Missenden Electrical to install. The whole experience was very positive. They came round to do a site visit to survey as it wasn't a standard installation and discussed the different alternatives. On the installation day, they arrived when expected and were friendly, helpful, tidy and explained how it all worked at the end. Would highly recommend Hypervolt and Missenden Electrical and would certainly use them again.

Sep 10,2023I had Hypervolt 3 installed by Severn Sparks (Gloucestershire). The purchasing experience was good and Hypervolt put Matt at Severn Sparks in touch with me as soon as my quote was agreed. I was also able to use my wife's Blue Light card to save £25. I provided Matt with photo's of my meter, fusebox and proposed location and he was able to come the next day as he had a spare unit available! Overall installation was quick, however, we did have some problems getting the Hypervolt unit to connect to my WiFi which is required for monitoring and support. In the end, I had to move one of my WiFi APs to within 10 feet of the Hypervolt 3 location but then it did work and have had no problems since. The unit charges my (Genesis GV60) car at ~7kW overnight and it is great compared to the AC plug I was using. All in All a very good experience and the cost for this 7KW unit with installation was £965 which was very competitive. As mentioned though check (with your smartphone) that you have good WiFi coverage where you want to deploy the charger.

An extender unit suppiled by Hypervolt, at no cost to me, resolved the problem and has given me confidence in using the unit to charge my EV appropraitely. All now seems to be working well. Great service - most impressed - thank you.

Aug 31,2023The Hypervolt 3.0 is a great looking piece of kit, not big or bulky in the slightest, and the cable tucks around the back neatly. Seeing other chargers around, such as the Zappi, Ohme, and Wallbox - the Hypervolt definitely has the neater finish and appearance when in use and not in use, in my opinion. Looks aren't everything - I have had no issues with schedule charging, or plug and charge. The app is simple to use and the ability to turn to LEDs high or low/off is simple. Hypervolt made the process super easy, from getting a quote on the website, to selecting the local installer. From initial quote, I was contacted by the installer two days after and the unit was installed within just over a week. To note, I had four quotes in total for supply and install of a Hypervolt, Wallbox and Ohme - the Hypervolt supply and install came in the cheapest by a range of £40-£70. Simple and easy process!

Aug 30,2023After choosing the Hypervolt 3.0 charger we used one of the approved Hypervolt installers. The website was easy to use, the quotes were quick and in our case an accurate reflection of the total invoice cost for charger and installation. There was initially a slow response from the installer, however Hypervolt kept a keen eye on this and facilitated the process which in the end took just a few weeks from ordering to installation. Appreciated the follow up email and call after the installation too. Have only charged a few times so far, but the equipment is working well and looks great.

Sep 20,2023From pre-sales to receiving our charger, Callum and the Hypervolt sales team were so helpful. I couldn’t believe I had an email response late from them on a Saturday eve! Callum went above and beyond to make sure I had the charger available so quickly and in time for our electrician to install. The product looks great, the app easy to use. I would definitely recommend Hypervolt +++++
