App is intuitive and I found it easy to use. Pre sales query answered knowledgably and promptly. Have no hesitation in recommending charger.

Aug 25,2023Im am an EV installer and I found the whole process of ordering and delivery very good. I find the Hypervolt easy to install and commission, I would like the option to have a rubber cap on the integrated tethered lead instead of using the supplied holster. Good looking unit, easy to install!

Aug 24,2023Looks great, Smart functionality lacking. Cant beat the Hypervolt on looks and since they've updated the app its been alot better. Only downside at the moment is 3rd party intergration is basically non existant at the momemt.

Aug 19,2023Recommended by a family member who already had a Hypervolt EV charger installed. Totally new to the EV world. Placed an order online, customer service called/emailed me at 9am the next day (surprised how responsive they were). I was assigned a customer service advisor as a port of call if there were any issues. Picked a local installer who was also super responsive. The charger was installed with no issues, though in reality it should have included the price for an uprated fuse as this is needed for all installations so the price quoted will inevitably creep up just a little. Functionality of my charger has been great, the ability to lock the charger when not in use is fantastic. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole process and would recommend to others!

Aug 19,2023I started the process of selecting an EV charger to be installed at my house with much trepidation as this is the sort of purchase which can cause much aggravation, however after reading many positive reviews about the Hypervolt charger and customer service I can confirm that you are in excellent hands with the Hypervolt team. Similar to being in a good restaurant where the team check to see you are happy with your food Callum from Hypervolt has been excellent checking in with me both pre and post installation and also quickly assisting with an extended warranty query. Hypervolt recommended Revolution EV to fit the charger which was also a smooth and hassle-free process. Keith turned up exactly on time and provided a friendly, expert and efficient service leaving behind a fully installed and great looking Hypervolt 3.0 charger. I could not have asked for a more professional, slick and hassle-free experience. Thank you Hypervolt team.

From the moment we first made contact he was available to answer any questions we had and was also keen to see how the installation had gone. The box itself looks very smart and neat. Very professional and courteous company that deliver that rarest of things in this day and age and that is good customer service backed by a good product.

Aug 12,2023Excellent service. Ordered through Hypervolt website and they put me in touch with local installer, Plug and Go. All fitted within a week or so with great communication throughout. Not used the charger yet as car still to be delivered, but it looks great and app seems easy to use.

Ordering process was slick and all sorted within 24 hours and got the unit installed a week later. Just used it for the first time, no qualms or issues to report. Would recommend to any one looking for a decent looking and performing EV home charger.

Jul 28,2023I have been using my Hypervolt home charger now for almost 2 years. In this time I have had one fault which a quick call to the helpdesk sorted out efficiently and quickly. The charger was ordered with a 10M cable which makes connecting to my EV possible and also future proofs it. It is also easy to wrap the cable tidily around the charger when finished with. I leave it on its Eco setting most of the time during the summer months which allows me to make full use of my solar generation. The App is so easy to use which is a great plus. All in all a trouble free experience.

Jul 27,2023Not long installed by myself, but not yet used to charge a vehicle because we're still waiting delivery of our new car! However, ordered the kit and two days later it arrived. Easy to install, I used a hardwired SWA Cat5e connection from our garage under the driveway direct to my BT hub. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. App seems to work on iOS and Android devices. Very happy so far.

Aug 28,2023Very happy with our Hypervolt - was a relatively straightforward installation and it looks great on our driveway - the LED lights help to lift the look of it and so far it has worked without any issue. The installer also gave us a useful tip that we should stretch and untwist the charging cable every now and then to ensure that there are no kinks in the cable.
