Jan 15,2025Great Technical Help. I contacted the Hypervolt team via their WhatsApp line to assist with reconnecting the charger after the installation of a new wifi router. The issue was quickly resolved with clear instructions from the team. In addition they continued with the call until they were satisfied that the charger was up and running. Great service from their team.

Jan 15,2025I called Hypervolt as my car would not at home despite many attempts. The staff member I spoke to was absolutely fantastic as he really knew what he was talking about and could not have been more helpful. Hypervolt ran remote tests, updated my charger and checked everything they could. After all this it was actually my car which was faulty and not my charger. I was also advised to check if my granny charger would work and another AC charger to make 100 percent sure, which I did. This indeed confirmed what the Hypervolt engineer had diagnosed. The next day I received a follow up call to check my own test results and was told to let them know when my car was fixed so they could check my charger was working as normal. Two days later I received a follow up email to check how I was getting on. All I can say is what exceptional service I received despite their product being fault free! I cannot recommend this company enough and would certainly buy again.

Jan 15,2025Had my hypervolt for over 2 years and recently changed my broadband supplier. This ment that I lost connection to the Hypervolt. Contact support and Akbar replied at the first working day. Akbar help to reset and connect again to the device. He gave me clear information and this worked smoothly. Thank you

Jan 14,2025Stefano was attentive chasing Bumblebee the installer on my behalf. There was a delay with the installation but they managed to bring it forward to avoid my holiday so I have no complaints. The install was relatively straightforward and good care was taken with the cable run.

Had my Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger installed in Dec 2024 - everything worked great with the actual charger however the usage and cost graphs were not showing. Contacted Hypervolt customer support - really excellent service received and they fixed the issue quickly. Was kept up to date on progress in resolving my technical issue. 10/10 service.

The installation went seamlessly with the installer ringing me prior to his visit and he had completed the work within 1 hour.

The charger looks as good as it can be, annd quite easily configurable even Christmas theme lights on the led’s! The app is super simple to set up and use.

Jan 02,2025Brought directly, really quick process and very easy to set up and link with octopus. Fantastic system, well built and great quality. Customisation of the LED brightness and settings is great. Very pleased with the unit and pleased to have purchased directly instead of via Octopus.

We we told it would be released by the end of 2024 and they would keep their customers up to date on progress, but here we’re are in 2025 and no update on progress and no IOG integration. Time to look for a charger from a more reputable company that actually has modern functionality that works.

Dec 31,2024The aftersales support services from Hypervolt are second to none. 100% excellent customer service. Had an issue with the fact I had used Apple as a signing in identification method. This wasn't accepted by my energy provider and I needed to reset the account. I rang and spoke to a superb consultant by the name of Akbar Hussain. Akbar spoke on my level and went through the process with me whilst still on the call. When things didn't quite work first time, Akbar took responsibility and went to find another technician to help. After getting this support Akbar was able to guide me through the process to sort out my issue. Throughout Akbar was calm, polite and more importantly spoke to me as a person on my skill level. A rare thing these days and to be recognised and commended. Top notch service Akbar!!

Jan 15,2025Have had my Hypervolt charger for over 3 years with no problems. I received a new router last week so had to pair it up. Having done this and performing tests which showed it was connected charging still failed. I phoned Hypervolt on a Sunday morning but there appeared to be a long queue so I left it without leaving a message. I was amazed when, within 30 minutes I received a call from Hypervolt returning my number. The guy then proceeded to go through the process from his end, updated my firmware and the whole problem was solved. What great service, thank you Hypervolt.
