Placed an order on the 8th January, have not received any goods to date (March). Had an email claiming that the order was being processed 4 weeks ago and still nothing. Terrible service for over £100 worth of goods. Beginning to doubt their credibility as not able to contact them either by phone. Scam!

Ordered Ford Transit Connect seat covers arrived in 3 weeks time, I was impressed with the packaging first of all and then the covers they are top quality look like real leather trimmed seats, I m glad I ignored the negative reviews couldnt get this quality with anyone else, for the price and the quality like this I dont really mind waiting for couple of more weeks well just saying, top product very happy with my purchase. INKA got itself a new Permanent Customer.

Ordered 16th December 2021 arrived February 19th 2022. A bit longer than expected. But well worth the wait the covers fit perfectly and excellent quality will definitely buy for my other vehicles. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality covers. Well done 👏

Excellent communication, Excellent quality product, looks like real leather, delivered on time, great value and a perfect fit for my vehicles. This is my third purchase and i wouldn't go anywhere else. Top marks INKA.

Trying to get hold of this company is difficult but eventually they did respond after I did a bad review on trustpilot. I had a phone call updating me and my items delivered about a month after my order, which is fine. I haven’t put the seat covers on yet but they look good. No instructions of how to fit the bonnet cover so I’m hoping it will be easy. What this space. I do think the communication isn’t good and can be improved upon.

We ordered some VW California covers on 8 November 2021 which arrived about a week later. Whilst the quality was good the fabric colour did not match the colour on the photos on the website so we returned them and asked for a different design. The website promised to refund the return carriage but Inka refused. The replacement covers did not arrive until 17 Feb 2022 - three and a half months after placing the original order! AND they sent the wrong size headrest covers after I specifically checked that we would receive the smaller type B model. I would echo other people's comments here - items show in stock when they are not. I suspect the covers are made overseas and take some time to come to the UK. Response times to email enquiries are painfully slow and the phone number is not monitored. Truly terrible service. Update on 22 Feb 2022 - I received an email from Inka today saying they will only fix their mistake (i.e. send me the correct headrest covers as ordered) if I remove this review - it is blackmail - pure and simple. Utterly disgusting.

Communication about expected delivery dates could be better but the new leatherette seat covers arrived today 16 days after ordering and i am very impressed with the product, there were some cheaper brands but this site and photos looked the best and I’m not disappointed 👍👍👍

So an update on below. The company contacted me and explained that there were large numbers of orders over the holiday period. The person who called said they would "follow this order and get it dispatched as soon as possible". My order arrived within 7 days and the product is excellent, looks like an actual leather seat! Great product!! Hopefully they read this, and you take heed of the review. Ordered in Dec 21 still no show on Feb 3rd 22. Did get one email saying it would be sent in first week of Jan 22. Not able to call, they say their “staff” are working from home and not taking calls. Well why dont they respond to emails then?? No response from the company at all!! Next call is to my bank, and card company to try and get money back. Dont be fooled by the website, it wont be shiny and well made as it doesn’t arrive!! I would love to be wrong and would happily amend my review but sadly I have lost my money I think. Dont be like me!!!

Okay everything with the purchase was smooth. To start up with the quality of the seat covers is top-notch we ordered Sprinter Seat covers and my god they look beautiful the embroidery and stitching {All the things I am fussy about} were perfect. There was a delay on the order but it was worth the wait. I would hands down highly recommend INKA seat covers if you're looking for top quality covers.

Inka made contact on Wednesday 26th January,seat covers delivery and fitted on Friday 28th January, they look excellent. Super quality product,l have just ordered a top mattress protector to match the seat covers. Thanks, Martina.

Absolutely spot on high quality seat covers! Also work with heated seat. The delivery time was 4 weeks instead of 2 but it definitely worth to wait. Will be definitely recommending to others.

Great product very good fit on my T6 Would definitely by again Disappointed with the almost two week wait and needs to say this on their website Some very negative reviews put me off buying from Inka but stuck with them Customer service was ok and delivery updates supplied was helpful They blamed it on Covid

After leaving my review I was contacted by the company who after a bit of back and forth agreed to send me my missing cover. Unfortunately seems this company is going down the toilet. Used to be good, ordered several times over the years, but now customer service is shocking. Cover arrived in good time, but half of it is missing. Contacted over a week ago, although I've been getting replies, now nothing and no promise of replacement covers. You can't ring them as the message says no staff available due to covid.

This company is a total scam they take your money then that’s it you will get nothing no replies to emails want answer phone I think it’s a scam to be honist I’ve been waiting a month for my seat covers witch was said to be 3 to 5 days and they don’t even have the decency to reply to emails I think I’m going to have to get legal advise to get money back STAY AWAY

Tried to get some back seat covers off this company via Amazon. Totally useless. Waited for over two weeks to get my order, sent emails, and complained to Amazon and I'm still out of pocket. They were quick enough to bank my money but not to send them or even contact me to explain why it was late. Hell, it's five hour drive to Leicester from where I live, so what did the send it by ,Tortoise?

Ordered back in July 2020. No order served to date. Shame on this company. I'm not for guessing games. Even if the covers were sent "untracked" that's a very bad practice. Never order again. Not to mention your totally unapropriate and intimidating whatsapp message.

JUST AS BAD AS SCAMMERS. Advertise items as being available but when the item doesn't arrive they will tell you its still in production and constantly use excuses such as covid and brexit. They have no interest in informing you, the pay customer, of "delays" until you contact them about items not turning up. Total disregard for customer service but then have the cheek to offer you a 10% discount if you place another order with them 😂, once a refund was processed. STEER WELL CLEAR. Not even worth the effort.

If I could give no stars I would I am still waiting for an order which they keep on telling me is going to be dispatched tomorrow, and of cause tomorrow never comes. Like Steve we have heard every possible reason, they might as well put the link on the website to the bbc news as the list of reasons for delay is like listing to the news. We are all aware of COVID but the nhs continued to work, we are all aware of Brexit and the freight problems and shorts of having drives and I am sure they can give many more reason from non delivery, but there is no excuses for being dishonest to the paying public. I would advise to be honest on your website, get your phone lines up and running, and respond in a timely manner to emails. I am still waiting and wonder what and how I should take this further.

I recently snagged my driver seat on my Transporter T6. These guys were great, they told me to expect good used covers and the description was perfect. The covers matched and were in as new condition. They were delivered swiftly, sooner than I expected. They offered help and advice on fitting if needed. My Van now looks like new again could not be happier . Mike Green
