Dear Inka Team. After my post you reached out to me via trust pilot - I responded with my details so that you could contact me. As there is no way to phone your company I am still waiting for a call or e-mail from you 2 days later, so we can discuss this privately and not on Trust Pilot. The generic answer below from yourselves was what I had been told on each occassion that I e-mailed you. 12 weeks (NB your website still states 3-5 days) is too long to wait and on several seperate occassions I was told that despatch was imminent but it never materialised. I finally cancelled my order after you failed to despatch "by Friday 22nd" as promised in the last e-mail to me. I then ordered from another company, was able to speak with someone on the phone who despatched their covers the same day and so I need a refund please. I look forward to hearing from you so this can be arranged. I ordered set of covers end May (it said 3-5 days when I ordered). I e-mailed 1/2 dozen times - I was fobbed off with 'they will be despatched within 2 weeks'/ 'sent by end of week' /'sent by friday'/ sent by tomorrow'. Finally, I cancelled yesterday morning and asked for money back (they took full amount at time of ordering!) and hey presto the covers were sent yesterday afternoon! Don't want them anymore as service is atrocious and so will be returning. There are other more reliable/honourable companies out there, I suggest you use them. Only given 1 star as can't give zero.

I ordered a full set of seat covers for my Transporter Kombi, based on the reputation of a quality product. I can not deny the quality of the covers is good, however the pictures clearly show the covers fitted with an OEM style armrest. This is not what you get, you get a rather low quality pull over type, that look awful. So add in delays to delivery, not getting what was advertised on the website, and not being able to order the OEM style armrest that they clearly supply in other kits, and as you wait an extended period because they are made to order this is quite frustrating. I would suggest this is a very mixed experience. Yes this is a personal preference, but the covers are over twice the price of similar products on the market. Twice the quality? Buyer beware.

I ordered a new van seat cover over two months ago,which failed to arrive,I have contacted them on several occasions but all I get are the same excuses.I have now cancelled my order and got a refund of £49 which I paid originally,this same seat cover is now £89 I think this says it all

I should have checked these reviews before placing my order. The order was placed several weeks ago, where the items were advertised on the website as being "In Stock", and should be with me within 3-5 working days. Nothing has turned up, and just generic replies to the weekly email I send asking for an update. Sadly it looks like many of the reviews about poor service of Inka Corp on here are true. Would not recommend. Edit: After posting this review last week INKA contacted me to advise that my covers had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. They also asked if I would edit my review. Unfortunately a week on, and the Royal Mail tracking still says it's waiting for INKA to hand the item over to them. (That makes two of us!) I contacted INKA again on Monday to ask for an update. Three days later and nothing... Form you own opinion. All I want is the item I ordered several weeks ago, and the website advised was "in stock' at the time. Is that too much to ask? Following another round of being promised it had shipped and nothing arriving I requested a refund, which was given swiftly, without asking any questions.

I ordered my VW California seat covers back in April and was lead to believe it would be a couple of weeks production as they were tailor made after numerous emails it is now July and I still haven’t received them. They have said that they will be with me this week as I explained I needed them as I was going away after so MANY promises let’s see if they turn up !! If not thank goodness I paid for them via PayPal so dispute will be made I hope that I receive them and they are great as described. Look out for my next review update As I said I would update my review. The seat covers arrived on Friday and I have just fitted them. Great quality And very stylish I am very pleased with them would definitely recommend if you are able to wait for delivery I have now given them five stars for the quality and style but the company needs to manage people’s expectations more efficiently and advise of more realistic production and delivery dates

Unbelievably poor indeed!! No confirmation email - no communication. Refuse to answer the phone. Refuse to respond to emails. Refunded via Paypal dispute!

I had a wait 4 weeks for delivery but after contacting them the communication was good and the wait time was resolved. Just be prepared to wait (4 weeks +) as every order is manufactured to order, they don't have stock on the shelves due to demand but when you do receive the items you will be happy, great fit and easy to install.

Order 8259 Ordered 06/06/22. After reading trust pilot I contacted INKA by email, using the dodgy email address they supplied. I received a generic unhelpful response and it’s clear this company are in trouble and can’t be trusted. Next step is a PayPal dispute. In early June a load of suspicious positive reviews were placed on trust pilot for this company. When that happens you should have no faith in customer services. Don’t believe any of the promises they make, it’s just buying them time. If you’re having difficulty getting money back go straight to the small claims court, very simple to do and it forces them to act. Update: I received a phone call from INKA and they explained backlogs are causing delays. Short chat followed by a very fast refund. Very impressed with the call and refund. I have to give them top marks in respect of the refund.

I would give this company minus stars. Absolute joke of a company, I give a negative review a few weeks ago. I then had a phone call of the company saying I would receive my order within the week. That was 3 weeks ago! My item has not been received, I will now go to trading standards! They replied to the review above, 12 months later!!

I placed my order on the 4th April 2022 and the seat covers have still not arrived. I have emailed a number of time with the standard response that the delivery is expected next week but this is only an estimate. I suspect that they have not even checked on the order. If you try phoning them you just get a recorded message that due to covid some staff working from home (try it) and cant answer the phone which is no longer a reasonable excuse. I would not trust any of positive review below. They may have even gone out of business. If they would like to resolve this issue my order is 7639. Update - following this post and an email they phone me back (I think it was the director) and appologised for the delay. He said that the covers would be ready this Friday and sent out next week. But I asked for a refund that they processed quickly. I also pointed out with teams etc employees can answer work phones from home. He said that he would chat with customer services about the emails and the phone message. But the phone message is still the same; still no one answers. Update - they have updated their phone message but you still cant get through. I guess they do not employ anyone to answer the phone.

An update on my review below..... Following the review, the manager contacted me and did arrange delivery within a couple of days. The items are brilliant and just what I wanted. Fitting instructions would have been handy. It's just a shame that the wait and communication is so poor unless you have a rant. It you can bear the wait they are worth ordering. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered VW Califiornia seat covers early May for a new van and have just been fobbed off with one excuse after another. Items stated in stock when ordering. I was told that's the material in stock not the items as they are made to order ! Then we are very busy but here's the ETA. 3 weeks later nothing. Chased again and told the material was defective (but I thought it was in stock?). Now told 2+ weeks but I doubt that will ever happen. Really surprised there are reviews on here giving anything other than 1 star and also customers saying they received their products - I wouldn't be surprised if these are fake reviews. Such as shame as the products look great. If there was zero stars this company has earnt it in spades. If they read this - why not try delivering a product at some point and maybe you'll get a better review. If it is a scam it's not a very good one as a card provider will just refund the charges. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

today is 22nd June. After numerous emails and calls to an automated answer phone messages on 31st May I finally got email to say that the amount of fabric I had ordered on 21st April was not in stock and would be in on the 17th June. this is after they told me on 24th May that it would be back in stock on 27th May and dispatched the next working day. i Emailed on 21st June to ask for an up date and have not had a reply. They only seam to reply if i post a review on here,

Zero stars if I could, awful company to deal with, almost no communication and when they do its a generic 'its being dispatched next week' Have ended up going to Paypal to lodge a complaint and get my money back. Sham company, wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered, do not waste your time. Waiting on the generic 'difficult time, covid, etc. response from this sham company. Hopefully Paypal will reimburse me the £170 paid out and I can then go to a reputable company for the items I needed. Order no. 8239

UPDATE 22nd August - once we finally recieved the seat covers, and as amazing as they are the order was wrong and we received one too many of the wrong seat arm covers. I phoned up the company and are still yet to receive a replacement. 13th June - I placed an order over £400 mid April and still have had no luck with getting the items even after countless emails chasing which has now been 8 weeks. Perhaps this is the only avenue to get them to contact as you can't ring them either. I appreciate delays but don't appreciate lack in communication and false information on the website with lead/delivery times. Im sure the items are fantastic but communication lets the team down,

Dealing with them from a long time the covers are exceptionally good. Received Ford Ranger seat covers ( Front & Rears ) the quality is top notch. 🙌🏼 Took 3 weeks to arrive worth the wait. ✅

I bought Ford Transit Custom waterproof seat covers from Inka. They have protected my van seats from, Puppy Stains, McDonalds & dog (no longer puppy). I took the cover off following the pet accident and amazed to see seats still totally protected. The covers are, a good fit (designed for seat airbags too), easy to fit and really do what they supposed to do protect the seats underneath. Have just bought second set for a second vehicle. I am a fussy so & so, but these guys deliver quickly and the quality although on delivery, i was unsure, the fit and long term test has proved they are made for the long haul. Really happy with the product quality. Would certainly recommend.
