Avoid at all costs I placed an order on the 6th July, due to be delivered in 45-60 days as stated on their website. I contacted them for an ETA and they again told me 45-60 days. 56 days after I placed the order I requested an update. They stated my order would be despatched "by next week". 84 days later still no order and no updates, only excuses about packed production queues and high demand. Unfortunately, that is not my fault and shouldn't impact the agreement I made with the company when I placed my order. There is no way to call them and find out more information, you're reliant on customer support replying to emails. Which is the most frustrating thing when you have placed a high-value order and waited months. Almost double the time they originally stated. I have asked for the items to be dispatched or for a refund. But they seem to ignore my questions and just reply with excuses. I would never use them again or reccomend them.

Placed order they arrived in a few days from ordering them all good I read the reviews after I ordered so I was a bit worried there would be problems but it was not the case so good service from start to finish

AVOID!! Like everyone else I ordered my sprinter seat covers in September 2022. 20th of August 2023 and still no seat covers. Usual emails saying order will be shipped next week then nothing!!! Have asked for a refund so let's see what utter rubbish I get as a reply. Paid alot of money nearly a year ago. Disgusting service.

Ordered vw seat covers in May, we are now into august and they haven’t arrived. I had an email stating that they were out for delivery but when I went to track it it said there was a fault and it couldn’t be tracked, Got in touch with inka who said they were aware of the problem and would be in contact with me to keep me updated… that was in July, still no seat covers and no communication. I have asked for a full refund as I have paid for a product that I’ve never received. And they leave a copied and pasted reply to any negative review on here stating that it’s not helpful. It is helpful so other people don’t get scammed out of money for no product.

* Update* I had a message off Inca corp last night asking for another chance, to give them " one more day" that they would speak to the production team and make me top priority. They would dispatch my seat cover today. I had another message this morning that they couldn't get my order ready until the end of next week and therefore will refund my money. " Beware" this company has no stock and as by they're own admission not enough staff but will still take your money.

After reading the other reviews, I was slightly nervous to order seat covers from Inka. I emailed them to ask if the covers I wanted were in stock, and received a reply a few minutes later to say that they were in stock, and so I placed my order on the Monday and received an email order confirmation immediately. The next day I received a despatch confirmation email. I received the seat covers on Thursday. The seat covers are absolutely perfect. No hesitation whatsoever to order stock items from this company in the future, and definitely a 5-star service for me.

Well where do I start. I should have have started here reading reviews but rashly I ordered a set of front seat covers for my T5 and they took my money. I had an email saying thanking me for my money and then the ignoring began. I had the same experience as everyone else; the phone number goes to an ancient recorded message and emails are read and unanswered. Delivery dates pass by like long summer evenings one after another. I like someone else had a check on their financial history and can see they have cash but some member of the family left the business with a load of money. Staff left also (LinkedIn is a useful tool). Martin took over and a marginal change happened, he replies to a few public comments and has in the last month changed the delivery promises at point of sale which is no help if you don’t know if your order is in stock. I spoke to former employees, their accountants and the cabinet makers next door to find out if the business actually exists which it does. He could see them outside on a coffee break in the sunshine. So it seems they do exist, the product is ok however custumer support is absolute pants or they wouldn’t have cut holes in the sides of my covers for armrests which I informed them I don’t have. I was quite aggressive in pursuit of my seat covers and so it took about a month to arrive which is quick by their standards. They were just dumped in a bag and posted. They’re well made, where they’re made is a matter of conjecture but I don’t care however I expected at least instructions on how to put them on. What is gripx easy system. If it can’t be explained it shouldn’t be mentioned. There is nothing easy about putting these on, the backs aren’t a problem to pull over if you can roll the seat all the way back however the seat part is an absolute sod it’s better to dismantle the whole seat rather than sweating for half a day with an upholstery thingie or blunt knife. They’re very tight and you run the risk of ripping them if you’re not careful There are no hooks to keep the covers in place or loops to attach cable ties to nor is there any advice at point of sale. There are no instructions anywhere on their website or YouTube so it’s a matter of trial and error. In summary I would have rather dealt direct with anyone at inka and expressed my concerns but they’re not bothered so don’t bother buying from them. It’s a premium price for shoddy service and you can do better elsewhere.

Not sure this company is completely legit! Partner ordered seat covers In April. When he emailed a few weeks after ordering he was told they would be dispatched by the end of the week. Then a few days went past and no delivery. He was then told they were still in production and to give til the end of the week. He did so and nothing. This cycle occurred a few times until my partner threatened to cancel the order and get a refund via his bank. He was the told to give them more time and the production team would be contacted again. More emails back and forth, all of which were fobbing him off….. I think he emailed so much that in the end he was greeted with no explanation and a blunt email saying your order has been cancelled and refunded. Not sure what this so called company is trying to achieve….. they take your money and clearly hold it in their account accumulating interest and then refund…or that’s how it seems. Fingers crossed a full refund is received…. I wish more reviews were read before purchasing these non exsistant car seat covers. To be forewarned is to be for armed!!

PLEASE READ THIS !!!ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST I CAN RATE !!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR ,THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND OUT YOU ITEM!!!! I paid for my item on 27th August 2022 I did receive some seat covers for the wrong year van (which dont fit) a month later (end of sepember) which I contacted this so called company (inka corp) and arranged for the courier to collect and send back for the correct year ,email after email to be fed lie after lie . NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS CRAP COMPANY TO ANYONE todays date is 20th June 2023 nearly a year after I paid for my ordered .if you search the company name Auto kit International ltd on companies House your see there not skint there just taking hard earned cash from people and not sending orders out, next time I'm in Leicestershire I'll be looking this address up ,so please don't throw your money away by dealing with these clowns.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Please do not part with your hard earned money! I made an order in November, still haven’t received my seat covers yet. At first they send emails saying there is a delay, now they can’t even be bothered to do that! COMPLETE SCAM!

There should be a zero star option here. By far the worst company you could ever deal with. There a total scam. Ordered my covers in April. Just get fobbed off all the time about I need to spk to my production team. They lie about shipping and when they will be despatched. The company is nothing more than joke. Any1 who orders from them will regret it. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. I'm now in the process of trying to get my money back. I'll will also expose this so called company for what they are. You've been warned. DO NOT ORDER

If I could give this company No stars I would. What an absolute waste of space this company is. I ordered a set of front and rear seat covers for my VW transporter and on there website it clearly stated in stock and delivery is estimated 3 to 5 working days. 7 weeks down the line and many emails to them which most of them they ignored still no seat covers, very time they did reply they said my order would be posted out by the end of the week. That never happened so I put it in the hands of PayPal and got a full refund. Avoid placing an order with this company. 😡😡😡😡😡 I find your reply even more insulting, after many bad reviews you have only just decided to change delivery times?? If your service was as stated on your website when placing an order and you replied to emails instead of ignoring them then you wouldn't get bad reviews. I was told weeks ago you only had the headrests and captain arms rests to complete and my order was finished and it would be posted out that week. That week never arrived and for all the inconvenience you have caused me my negative feedback is very much justified.

Absolutely shocking company They took my money but nothing after 7 weeks No way to contact them and they never reply to emails and I’ve sent 5 now Please avoid this company at all cost Looks like I’ve lost my money

I gave one star because it's impossible to give zero. This company took my money at the time of order. They haven't supplied the goods and don't respond to emails. For all I know, they might not even exist - just scammers with a plausible website!

What an absolute shower of s*#t, been told four times that they have now been sent!! Lies after lies!!!! Asked for my number twice so that a manager can call me but no phone calls!!!! Going to complain to the bank and get my funds back!!!!

This is a shocking company to deal with, should have learnt after my first experience as I had to wait a long time to receive the covers but they were of fairly good quality. January this year I ordered a subsequent set which were stated as in stock at time of purchase. We are now nearly 6 months down the line and still have not received them. This is after contacting them in March being told they would be with me within 10 days. Never arrived and unresponsive to subsequent e mails and now we are in contact with PayPal to recover the money. If you are looking to purchase seat covers I really would look elsewhere and do your company research beforehand.

The quality of the covers is brilliant, they fit really well and look great. They did take a bit longer to arrive than I was told originally but they're well worth the wait.

Was pleased with the product when I first ordered seat covers for my van a year ago. Recently purchased a focus and ordered some seat covers for it (March 23) now end of may and seat covers haven’t arrived and been ignored for months by customer support. Won’t be dealing with this company again
