Inka Seat Covers for VW California Ocean from order to manufacture to delivery in 10 days We love the new Inka seat covers that we fitted in our VW California Ocean today. The covers are totally up to our expectations. The fabric is robust, it is a strong, woven textile that is lightly padded. We chose the red tartan fabric covers as we prefer this to leather-type finishes. The manufacture quality is high with co-ordinating top stitching strengthening the seams. The fit is snug which means that fitting them can be a little tough in areas as it takes a strong pair of hands to coax the fabric around corners but the pay off is an close fit rather than the baggy look of less expensive makes. Care has been taken in the design to accommodate the mechanical elements of the seats. Fitting the covers is much easier with two people but could probably be managed by one. In order to ensure an accurate fit there are a variety of fixing methods incorporated in the covers; a sprung bar-type hook fixes the single seat bases at the front whilst the sides have a soft, condensed roll of padding that is pushed between the seat its-self and the plastic cladding. In other areas fixings are either velcro or hooks but for the most part the snug fit already mentioned keeps the covers securely in place. A really important additional plus for us was that no tools are required in order to fit the covers which means that we didn’t need to detach any parts from the seats in order to fit them. Having just bought our van we are rather precious about it and did not relish the thought of having to dismantle arm rests etc in order to fit seat covers. After reading the advice on Inka’s site to contact them before placing an order I emailed Inka on the 30th April. A return email on the same day informed me that although there were no red tartan VW covers in stock they could be made and supplied within two weeks. True to their word the covers were delivered 10 days later on the 10th May. We were actually away on that day but we have been able to fit them today. In summary I would highly recommend Inka’s VW California seat covers. The customer service and order system has worked well for us. The covers look great in our van and have made the interior more personal. They feel strong and I’m confident that they will protect the original seat fabric for years to come.
super well made seat covers in red tartan gti style . realy lift the cab of my van . reasonably easy to fit / waiting for a good hot day to pull the final stretch . would recommend to smarten up the cab area of your van .
My order was listed as in stock with delivery 3-5 days. After 8 days it still hadn't arrived so I emailed and got a response saying it was in production and would be sent for delivery the following week. Toward the end of the week I was close to cancelling the order when I recieved a despatch notification. I finally recieved them the following week, 17 days after ordering. The covers were thinner than others I have purchased previously but fit very well so look good. Hopefully they will last well.

We ordered in stock VW California waterproof seat covers. They arrived in a week. We’re really pleased with the quality and fit of these, superbly made, better than the originals. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
we got the covers for our custom van and they fit very well, I am not happy with royal--mail who kept the parcel on the door anyone could have nicked it. Very pleased with the quick delivery and overall very satisfied with the covers.

Like many on here poor service apparently my order has been despatched 48 hr delivery I asked them to cancel my order as I still hadn’t received my parcel but they couldn’t as it’s been despatched then in another message it’s still being made Rubbish
I just bought seat covers for my Ford Transit Custom, and I'm really impressed! The quality of the covers and the service I got were top-notch. As soon as I got them, I could tell they were made with a lot of care and attention to detail. I definitely recommend them!
Would be 5 stars but there has been an issue with items being out of stock and a lack of communication about this. That aside I have received my Merc Vito seat covers and I have to say they are great. They fit perfectly and look very good. They are not your typical bin bag type seat covers. Will hopefully get some for the rear when stock returns.
I read a few reviews that warned of out of stock items and hideous lead times coupled with awful communication, but I also read Inka’s statement claiming they acknowledged the problem and now wouldn’t advertise items as in stock if they weren’t. So on Jan 2nd I ordered some seat covers. They were listed as in stock and delivered within 3-5 days. They still haven't arrived. I have complained multiple times. Inka keep sending me the same stock email that claims my order is in production and will be dispatched this week - 5 weeks running now. The item has been listed as in stock all along on their website. Last week I received a Royal Mail notification, 5 days later no package has been passed to Royal Mail. I can’t get anything other than copy and paste emails of Inka. Think I might have to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. Wish I’d just spent the extra money and gone with a reputable company. I don’t know whats going on behind the scenes but they seem to be actively advertising items as available with no intention or ability to fulfil orders.
I did order cover seats for my van. It says 3-5 working days, but 1 week after contacting them they told me it will be another week. I asked for refund, as my personal opinion that they use your money for free and don’t bother to send you the product. They should be reported as scammers.
I wish I’d read the reviews regarding this company. They appear to be another organisation that will willing mislead buyers on their website then hide from said customers by only utilising email as a method of communication and posting a generic response on here to complaints that is date stamped June 23. That response contains the comment that they will give a new realistic time line on the website for items that are not in stock and that will be 60 days. I only ordered my items six days ago and they were in stock at the time of ordering and are showing as in stock now! Their website states items are normally dispatched within two days not including weekends. In my case then it has only been 4 days. Many may think I’m being impatient, I’m not I I trusted what I read and believed what I read so made a purchase for items that I require prior to a trip beginning next week. It’s extremely unlikely that I will see these items by then. Personally I believe there is a good case for misrepresentation given they have clearly stated they will give realistic time lines for items NOT in stock, ergo items that are in stock such as mine and those which others in these reviews have ordered should be dispatched as per their claims on the website. I have had no correspondence from Inka to state why there is a delay in sending my goods.

I have no trust in this companies ability to do what it says it will. I ordered seat covers that were listed as in stock for delivery. After 2 months, and a number of emails requests from myself and assurances from INKA they would be dispatched within days, I still have not received them. I have cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. I will be making a complaint to trading standards. They cannot continue to advertise a service and take peoples money for a service simply cannot provide.
Im so glad I didn’t get the chance to read all the poor reviews this company has got for service and distribution, because if I had, I wouldn’t have ordered their absolutely fantastic covers for the Ford Custom. Clearly they’ve had problems but I’m glad to report my order was despatched within 5 working days and received in 6. I still think they’re a bit poor with Emsil responses because I wrote to them once I had seen the poor reviews asking for an update on their service. I got a reply after two days and wasn’t best pleased but alls I can say is wow where the covers are concerned. It’s a shame I can’t supply a picture of them because they are beautifully tailored. Tailored exclusively for the Custom I’m absolutely delighted with them. Thank you Inka-Corp 👍👏👏.
Shocking service. Triple checked that the seat covers they were selling fitted my van. I sent them numerous of images of my seats & they confirmed the covers would fit. Covers arrived & didn’t fit. Contact Inka & they didn’t want to know after they had received my money. Avoid this company as very unprofessional & need some customer service skills.
Only half my order arrived. I tried to call to find it's email only. Read some terrible reviews online and started to panic that I wasn't gonna get the rest of my order, but they replied very fast to my email, apologised and the rest of my order was delivered within 2 days. Good quality seat covers too!
