Jul 22,2024At first, I put a poor review for this company based on what I felt was an unhelpful communication early on. I bought some VW waterproof seat covers and the VW owners' forum comments on long delays with delivery. My order was processed very quickly and arrived within 48 hours. As a result, I am very happy to change my review and would have no hesitation using Inka again. I recommend this company.

Jul 10,2024I don't understand why there is so many bad reviews for this company? I ordered my seat covers for my Transit Custom 2 weeks ago and after a week and seeing these bad reviews I emailed them to ask how long my order will be. They answered pretty much straight away saying they were in production and will be ready for dispatch by the end of the second week. And true to there word I had the email to say dispatched and was delivered the following day. Excellent service and the quality of the covers is exceptionally brilliant. Can't wait to get them fitted. Thank you

Jul 04,2024I posted on here a few days ago got an email to say that the courier has them click on the courier link and they don’t have my seat covers I was told I’d have them by Friday and guess what not going to even have them now have emailed them again I just want my money back now fed up with excuses this is basically fraud to take peoples money and no product to show for it ! Here’s some advice to INKA corp if you don’t have the items or issues with production DONT take peoples money !!! My next step is trading standards . Will never ever buy a thing from them again

Jul 03,2024They had my money for 50 days before they sent the item with no update unless I chased them. Kept saying they would send it and didn't until 50 days later when they finally arrived. They have ignored my last few e-mails addressing this.

Jul 03,2024If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Ordered seat covers that show in stock, waited for ages and nothing arrived. Can’t contact them by phone only email, had a reply to say would be shipped within 2 days, that didn’t happen, emailed again and then they said would be shipped by close of play, I received an email to say they had been shipped, this was a lie, they created an order to a courier to change the status to shipped, but hadn’t arranged for the courier to collect from them as the product still wasn’t ready to be shipped - they created the order to the courier to shut me up for a couple of days. Still chasing them for the seat covers, or a refund. Avoid like the plague.

I asked them couple of times to send my order or cancel it but every time they reply back to me with apologies email and promise to send it by next week but next week never arrives!! So disappointed!!!

Jun 27,2024covers took 10 days to arrive after chasing them up. opened the plastic bag, to find a lovely bag, which contained various plastic bags of different sizes, THESE WERE THE SEAT COVERS TO MY SURPRISE. CHEAP PLASTIC TAT (seat covers) go on ebay, and you will get tat like this for £9.99, saving yourself £65! SH#T COMPANY AND SH#T LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. WOW! another lie saying they are not there seat covers, yet they are picking them up today via dhl INKA-CORP INKACORP.COM

Jun 26,2024These covers are good fit, you have to stretch them to get them on but that's a good thing as they fit the VW really well. Pleasantly surprised how well they are made and would recommend.

May 24,2024Ordered full seat covers for vw t6 8 seater, arried in faily good time and comunication with Inka very good phoned me straight back. They fit the seats really well and are straight forward to fit. My only issue was none of the covers where labled, so it took a little time sorting out were each cover went and no instuctions on how to fit but I think I figured it out.

May 22,2024These fit well to my 70 plate transit custom van, nice and easy to fit and so far have proven to be very good quality, very please with my purchase I had looked online and seen many cheaper alternatives but so glad I brought these as I can't imagine the cheaper alternatives being anywhere near as good.
