They told me that there were material shortages hence the delay. B******T!! So another week weeks has gone buy and still nothing. I have sent emails now for 3 days in a row and no reply. It has been over 30 days since I made my order and they took my money, yet still no product and still no repeat. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Terrible company, sent me seat covers that didn’t fit. It took weeks for them to arrange collection and then another three months fir me to get my refund. Avoid at all costs.
Having been recommended this company from several VW Transporter forums I placed an order on 10th of October 22 after several emails and excuses coming back I have today cancelled the order December 27th 2022 Extremely disappointed.
If I could have selected minus stars I would have, DO NOT order from this company, after reading reviews I thought I’ll give them a chance so prior to ordering I asked for a lead time and was told 10 - 14 days. So on the 19th of October I placed my order. Sick of contacting customer service to constantly get the same s**te lame excuses, after 9 weeks of waiting I have today cancelled and demanded a refund. Lousy Company / Lousy Customer Service They will take your money but do not expect to get the product I queried why I had not receive the product and was emailed that all orders are processed on a First In / First Out basis and my order was due for production the following week. Three weeks later I emailed asking where the order was and received the following: As you may appreciate the current situation with staff shortages & absences as well as global material shortages and delays in deliveries of raw materials is impacting us all. The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottleneck situation in our production line here in the UK. Unfortunately, as a consequence, there may be delays on some customer orders during this time for which we sincerely apologize. In terms of communication, we apologize but we can only currently communicate via email as our phone lines are currently not being manned due to staff shortages. Staff that would normally answer calls are busy assisting in the factory assisting in expediting customer orders as quickly as possible. We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize that our customer services and delivery lead times have not met your expectations but please take note that we are working very hard to ensure the service and delivery times match the quality of our products. We certainly do not want you to wait any longer that's why we have processed the full refund back to the original mode of payment. Best Wishes From The Inka Team.
Absolutely shocking delivery times, I ordered beginning of October and have emailed them every few weeks requesting an update. They usually emailed back a while later that they are hoping to dispatch next week. Now it’s mid December and I still haven’t had any news of it being sent. I’ve also asked for a refund twice now and they never replied to this.
I ordered a set of car seat covers. A month later I'd heard nothing at all, so I emailed requesting an update - or refund if they couldn't supply them. I received an email in reply saying they'd authorised a refund. No reason given, nor apology. Very poor.

Great product I ordered the sport line seat covers and they are amazing I new of the delays inka were experiencing before I ordered so I expected to wait as it turns out I only waited 4 weeks for a made to order product I think that’s really good I was also continually updated with regards my delivery date. I ordered an expensive seat cover for VW campervan with pockets in July in time for our roadtrip in mid August. It still hasn't arrived in September despite several chasing emails and phone calls. Update oct 14th. Product ‘re-shipped’ after this review & arrived promptly in good condition. Had been frustrated by claims of fast delivery at point of order.
Quality tailored covers for VW California; took 2 weeks to arrive (vs 3-5 days delivery stated on website) from ordering but promptly responded to chasing email (no phone service) so overall very happy.
Seat storage 5* Timescale promise 0* sorry Positive Firstly the product seems to be extremely well made and stitched. Looks great and storage for all my bits and now to hand. Negative Sadly, time scale. I appreciate on the website it states the difficulties they're having and I factored that into my decision to purchase but please if the delivery is going to be 2-3 months rather than the 2 weeks update your information on line. Also whilst response was good via email, again don't tell customers item due for posting this Friday, when 3 weeks later it hadn't arrived. Customers might not place an order with that wait time but most have waited an age for their vans, so probably happy to factor your timescale into their decision. Reading the reviews the main complaint seems to be the unrealistic delivery date and most are happy with their product. I hope you carry on with a successful business, as my item is great. Just give people a realistic timescale, most understand these are tough times for all of us. Good luck
I initially gave a 1 star due to the ridiculous wait time but the product is so good I have changed my mind……... I ordered 2 front seat organisers in may. I enquired via email regarding my order in June when they hadn’t arrived and was told my order was in production and would be with me in 2 weeks. I waited and waited and disappointingly had 2 camping trips without them. Enough was enough and I made a refund claim through PayPal resolution centre. Miraculously this seemed to hurry things along and they appeared days later! 16 weeks from ordering to obtaining my goods is not good enough and there is no correspondence from the company which is poor but I am delighted now they’re eventually here. Excellent quality product
They sent out 2 x left seat covers with our set of covers (3 months late) returned one of the covers and we are still waiting 3 months later for the replacement. We have been given all the crap about staff shortages, covid etc it is the same excuses every time.
The product is really good, when you eventually get it. After 3 or 4 emails saying "it is in production, you will receive it next week" I had to threaten to cancel my order to get something moving. The website says delivery in 3-5 days which is not on as 3-5 weeks is more the truth. Although they don't take calls I did get replies a day later and leading up to delivery was getting prompt replies. So in short, good product, less than good service post ordering re timings...
Just fitted new Inka seat covers in Takato Grey to our VW. Was a bit concerned about some of the reviews here but the negative ones seemed to centre around delays in delivery rather than the actual product quality so we ordered as we weren’t in a particular rush. It took just under 4 weeks from order to delivery which we didn’t think too bad. Unfortunately no instructions in the box but these were emailed to us. Took me about 2 hours to fit in total, fairly straightforward instructions but a bit challenging in places due to the snug fit. Very pleased with the overall quality and they look fantastic.
Shocking customer service, when you order the item says its in stock. I placed order thinking they would be with me within a week. Had to wait over 3 months. They first told me it would be with me mid june, it was end of july. No updates, no phone number, no instructions. Seat covers are good but would not buy from these again
I’m still waiting for my missing head rest covers 18 months on they have stopped replying to emails ( on eBay )
Unfortunately this review follows the usual pattern. I ordered a set of seat covers for my California back in mid-March. The order also included 2 seat organisers. Like everyone else is saying, delivery is advertised at 3-5 working days. This company never send you updates. After numerous emails from me, and promises from them, I finally got a despatch note on the 27th of May. So I got my seat covers. They're OK, but certainly not worth the wait. And the lack of fitting instructions for a 3-seat bench bed is frustrating. However, the order itself wasn't complete. I'm missing two arm rest covers, plus a rear seat organiser. And here we are now, the 27th of July, and I still don't have the missing items. I've been promised time & time again they will be despatched end of week. I'm now going to contact trading standards and Which? Consumer Group on this. Update I did start the initial Trading Standards complaint procedure, submitting an online form to Citizens Advice. Two days after doing so, I received an email from Inka-Corp, followed by an actual despatch note. I received those missing items 2 days ago thus my order is now finally complete. Please Inka-Corp, be clear on your website of any difficulties you are facing, and don't leave it to customers to have to chase missing orders (and then give them promises which aren't kept).
