I should have learned from my first experience - I ordered seat covers, they didn't arrive, waited for weeks, no covers. Contacted them to be told they didn't have the covers in stock. Eventually got a refund. Recently I foolishly I ordered a different set of covers, again after weeks they didn't arrive. Contacted them, this time I received an apology from the Manager and I was told my order was in stock and on the shelf and they would be dispatched as urgent. The covers arrived and they were the wrong colour. I was given the choice of sending them back or receive a £7 'good will' refund. By this time I was desperate for the covers so I kept them. I will never deal with this company again.

I had to cancel my order after 6 months of waiting. Everytime I contacted them for delivery updates they promised delivery the following week but had no intention to do so - terrible service , untrustworthy - steer clear of this company!

Avoid this sh**t show of a company, never received my seat covers after 7 months from payment, asked for a refund told me they’d sent it and still no money in my bank! Will be heading to their factory this week to get my money back

Ok so I left a review saying shoddy company. I take back the bad review. I have received my front set and awaiting the rears which I believe will be delivered soon as they are behind on orders, a chap called Martin seems to have things under control. the front set for my l322 are worth the wait, so hopefully back ones will also. Hang in there it’s worth the wait as they are well made and front fit well. I keep posted on rears. Fingers crossed 🤞

As last reviews , Martin contacted myself regarding order , I received my seat covers today and fitted them on to transit custom . I’ve dealt with loads of companies and I believe you get what you pay for . I must say if your looking for a quality set of seat covers go with this company they are made to order but you will bot be disappointed when you get them .

Absolute nightmare to deal with, they ignore all emails, 4 months after order and payment still nothing! Given one star because it’s not an option to give no stars.

Ordered my seat covers on 22nd Dec last year. I had the usual promise they would come soon, but nothing happened. I contacted by Email last week and a guy who I’m told is the new manger contacted me back asking for my mobile number. After talking to him, he sent me an Email to say they would be shipped this week and expect them Thursday 20th. They came on the 19th and I’m sooo glad I waited, they are awesome quality and fitted perfect. Thank you Martin for sorting my order.

Contrary to the bad reviews I can report that the managemnt changed as of Monday 17th and Martin Mangat has taken over to deal with sales. Initially I had problems for over a month but he has resolved the issue and my seat covers will be delivered this week. So Any problems contact Martin Mangat. Really good guy willing to help.

Update: I am staggered by your reply... leaving negative or positive reviews gives a reflection on a business and its performance at that time. Inca makes great covers and would absolutely recommend the covers, you admit you've had internal issues and are sorting them, which is great. I'm sure your reviews will improve again, but don't tell customers leaving negative reviews doesn't help when they have been waiting 12 months for a product or refund... no excuses! Like all the other reviews, I ordered covers last year, sent non-matching covers, promised to exchange months ago, sent covers back, but still have not received replacements... broken promises etc etc. etc... Shame used to be an excellent business wonder what is going on... avoid for now

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I payed for my seat covers months ago I was told on 3 different occasions they would be delivered on a specific day inly to recieve another each time saying there would be a delay I still have not recieved them and they have no phone number and won't reply to e mails please don't ever deal with thus company

BE careful Placed order 4 weeks ago web site said in stock ! After 2 weeks went by I started looking at reviews ( yes I should have done this before) I contacted PayPal and have just been allocated a refund . Inka keep sending generic email stating order on way these clowns should not be able to trade !!!!

Have ordered the product twice - on a 3-5 day delivery .. Confirmed STOCK availablity and still nothing has arrived ... DO NOT BOTHER WITH INKA CAR SEATS

Placed my order at the start of January on items showing as "in stock" and a 3-5 day estimated delivery. Its approaching three months since I placed this order and still no sign of any seat covers. Every time I contact them (by email as they don't take phone calls) I am told they'll be dispatched in two weeks but they never are. They keep telling me in their emails that their products are of superior quality to other suppliers, which is not really much help all the time you don't recieve them. Over £400 I have spent on a product that I'm now convinced I will never see. Very poor

No seat covers, refusing to refund as requested. Next step to contact trading standards and raise a dispute with bank. Please don’t use this company. Appalling behaviour

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, ORDERED SEAT COVERS FEBRUARY, PAID £295 AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED. CANT CONTACT VIA PHONE ONLY EMAIL. HAVE NOW REQUESTED REFUND. CON ARTISTS

When I ordered these seat covers at the beginning of February £245, it stated that they were “in stock” and it was a 3 day delivery ! If only I’d known ! Unfortunately there isn’t anything “in stock” at Inka, and the likely hood that you will get anything, within 3 months is slim, if at all, according to other feedback. Inka tell me the delays are due to material, staff and global forces ! I could have believed this 2 yrs ago, but really, things have moved on from then ! Inka also tell me not to believe the negative online feedback by keyboard warriors, but all the feedback I have now seen is absolutely True ! All of it ! I wished I’d of seen it all before ordering. Inka why are they still taking orders and peoples money if you know you can’t honour those orders, leaving customers frustrated and clearly pissed off ! Full Refund Demanded ! It’s certainly a great way of destroying any reputation they may of once had ! Buy British 😂
