Oct 17,2024Absolutely horrendous! Waited over 3 weeks, and when the covers finally turned up the quality was horrendous! There’s no contact number to speak to anyone, the company is a joke! In the process of trying to return them! Avoid at all costs!

Sep 27,2024Just received and fitted my covers from Inka Corp. Read a lot of mixed reviews online but all in all on quality they all said it was brilliant and they aren’t wrong! The product is really great! Prices are so reasonable as well!! They did take a few weeks to come but I think it’s worth the wait for something of this quality! I spoke to Martin on the phone and he explained truthfully about delays longer than the 3-5 days. I would highly recommend just expect to wait a few weeks. The quality of these are brilliant!

Sep 23,2024Really disappointed with the service and lack of it too. Taken nearly 8 weeks to get my full order. First order apparently went missing. Second order I was told had been dispatched but never came then chased again. Finally turned up but wrong mat sent. Complained and was told would not dispatch new one unless old one was collected which is a joke as it was their cock up not mine. Another 2 weeks before this turned up. Not totally happy with quality. One ripped just putting on and head rests are not a great fit and not all are the same either. Cannot be asked with the hassle to send them back again. Don’t think I’ll ever use or recommend this company.

Sep 18,2024I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. My order went in on 26th august and my money went out! Haven't heard a thing, you can't phone, waiting for email reply. I'm just hoping I can get my money back with PayPal. The 5 star reviews are either very lucky or they've got their mates to write them.

Sep 17,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Extremely unprofessional, cannot speak with anyone - email only. Ordered seat covers for my van, assuming when you give the info of make and model of vehicle, the products sent would be correct - WRONG! The covers don't fir the drivers seat and the headrest covers are too tight. Emailed to query, had to chase a response, was then asked to send photo's of the seats?? (why ask make and model in that case) Spent time taking pics, uploading and sending to Inkacorp....Had to chase again, as no reply to email. I was then asked to provide my phone number so their tech team can call to discuss... Discuss what? It's van seat covers which is what I thought your company specialised in?? No call, or reply for 2 weeks now - I stressed in my original email that I need this sorted ASAP as I'm a dog walker/boarder and my seats are getting covered in dog hairs! Now my patience have run out and I want a refund ASAP - still no reply... Inkacorp, you're an absolute disgrace 😡😡

Sep 16,2024Ordered full set of VW California seat covers at end of August. Took a few weeks but delivered, in full and look amazing. I was concerned by some of the reviews but Martin from customer service was brilliant at keeping me updated with the progress of my order and true to his word in terms of timings for clearing quality control and dispatch of goods. Highly recommend.

Aug 29,2024Quick delivery 5 days from order, good communication good product, only issue was headrest covers too tight had to cut half inch of foam of headrest but look brilliant mat and seats.

Aug 28,2024Ordered Bentley Diamond cut seat covers for my T6 Transporter. I saw a YouTube video on these seat covers and Inka-Corp full of praise for them. My experience has been awful. Ordered on the 17th July. After a couple of emails chasing them up they arrived this morning. Instead of Bentley Diamond Cut they sent plain seat covers. There is no phone number to contact them ( that should have been my first clue) only email. Have not heard anything all morning about what they are going to do or how I get these plain ones picked up or a refund or a gesture of good will ! Nothing. To be fair it’s only been a few hours but they could have rung me to explain and put my mind at rest. My second clue was reading the reviews, over 50% are one star!!! WOW. so every other order is going to be a disappointment. Says it all really. I’ll update from the one star I’ve given if they promptly sort my issue. Although I can feel a charge back is on the cards once I’ve waited the required 15 days after delivery malarkey. Update 5th September. Wrong seat covers have been picked up and new correct diamond cut have arrived. Went to fit them this morning and one head rest cover had the connector on the wrong way round. Contacted Martin and he has offered to collect the head rest cover for a replacement. My wife managed to un pick it and stitch it in the correct position.We have been offered a £10.00 refund as a gesture of good will, which is acceptable to me, thanks. Because of this I’ll upgrade my 1 star to a.5 as I know how difficult it is to run a business that really needs good reviews. In short the seat covers are really good quality and the wife loves them in her T6. Regards Ray

Oct 19,2024WHERES MY ORDER! ordered over 5 weeks ago, sent sevral emails, no response, no order recieved yet they took my money ok. I've tried calling but it's just a message saying email. Which I've done. How do I get my money back. I don't know what else to do. What is more upsetting is this was a present for my sons birthday A MONTH AGO!
