Ordered seat covers weeks ago. Terrible correspondence and lies about delivery times. Have now requested a refund and not heard back at all. Will be reporting to trading standards if no refund or no further correspondence received. One of the worst company’s I have ever dealt with!!!
Never buy from this company ordered a set of seat covers on the 01/12/22 and was told will arrive in 2 weeks, 3 weeks went by and still nothing so emailed them and was told due to too many orders will be another 2 weeks this happened 4 times and last week 23/03/23 almost 4 months after ordering the covers I have had to ask for a refund, I know you sometimes have to wait a bit longer for quality but not 4 months! Also never kept you up to date about the order and just kept saying another 2 weeks horrendous customer support never will I be ordering from this company again

So it's been 5 and a half months now and I still haven't received the right fitting headrests for 2 out of 3 seats which looks ridiculous. All that money for some of the product. Who cares if its good quality it's not worth it if you don't actually get it
Do not touch this company. Awful!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. We have waited 6 months for a 1 item order which is still to arrive. Initial delivery time was max 3 weeks. I had to continually chase up my order which would never arrive as scheduled (we were promised delivery dates 5 times) The customer service is awful with generic reply emails stating lies lies lies. They should be banned from trading after seeing all the poor reviews
If I could give -1000 stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Ordered and waited weeks for nothing to arrive. Promises broken. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Ordered a set over covers At Christmas it’s now March still no delivery all they keep saying is another 2 weeks absolutely disgusting company will be asking for a refund tomorrow and you can stick ya seat covers where the sun don’t shine
I ordered 2 x sets of VW seat covers with an estimated delivery of 7 days. I have chased today, (14 days later) and they don't answer the phone (I understand why now as it would be ringing off the hook with complaints). I emailed twice today instead and received a standard generic email back saying they will be going into production in 10-14 days time........UNREAL......, on their website It states in stock.....they have nothing in stock, its all made to order. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your money for goods upfornt which they don't even have available to supply. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING FROM THEM. DONT!!!!!!!, I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST..... PS, DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM UNTIL THIS POST. NOW CONTACTING ME WITH SAME GENERIC EXCUSE EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED 4 TIMES........
Dreadful dreadful company. Please think twice before using them. Ordered covers months ago. Part of the order arrived after weeks of emails (front and back seats for a transporter). Now told the middle seat covers are not arriving due to a quality control issue. No way of phoning. Sometimes they answer their emails and sometimes they don’t.
I ordered Seat Covers from their website on 24th Nov and despite me contacting them twice, I still have not had the goods. they are shown on their website as being in stock ! Very poor customer service - they do not accept phone calls , only Email communication.
100% fraudulent company. Take your money never deliver product. If you get a response they say it out for delivery but never turn up. Avoid
Only 1 star because cannot leave a no star review. This company should not be trading. Placed an order in Nov as eBay listing say 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, maybe they should change this to never. 3 months down the line and got a refund after asking each week when will item arrive and each week the delivery date moves and they offer a refund. Very keen to refund but vague on answering questions, non commitle on despatch dates. Its a shame they don't deliver items ordered as quick as they refund. Most companies go out their way to supply the goods, and last option would be to refund. This company would rather refund then supply the items. Correspondence is poor, I had to keep asking for updates, they don't keep you updated. Do yourself a favour stay clear, there is other companies that do the same. I read the reviews on inka-corp and still ordered from them as there were a few positive reviews, these reviews must be given by the owners/workers or their friends. **edited** 21.02.23. They seem to think their product is worth the wait, I'm not doubting the quality as I never got to see them, it's false advertising thats the issue, not being able to speak to someone. i have ordered same type of product from another eBay seller that has 100% positive feedback,they have phoned me twice to confirm details. They quote on their listing 4 to 5 weeks for delivery (expected 5.03.22) and I've just had email to say despatched. Maybe INKA-CORP should change their supplier and If they are that busy Oct Nov Dec as their excuses say then maybe employ more staff for that period or simply stop taking orders. Whatever it takes to save face of their company and keep customers satisfied

Absolute joke, placed order in December 2022, for delivery, 3-5days….didn’t arrive 2 weeks later I contacted to be told it will be ready in 10-14 days, 14 days came and went and I’ve been told another date, I’ve just cancelled my order, wouldn’t waste your time with this company
Ordered seat covers in August for my sons new car, chased in September, October, November and each time told they were on the production line and it would be 10-14 days. Chased again and again, promised dispatch on the 22/12, they were closed on the 20th for Xmas. Finally cancelled in January - 5 months wait is ridiculous, they may be good covers but we will never know, refund was quick but its no good blaming circumstances out of their control - staff, materials etc or asking people not to leave a bad review - if you can't fulfil your orders stop taking new orders and catch up! Stop making promises that are baseless. Stop lying
Ordered a set of VW seat covers in October 2022 website said were in stock 3 to 5 day delivery. We are now 12 weeks later and still not received them. After 4 weeks contacted customer service they said will be delivered in 2 weeks time came no delivery. This happened 3 more times over 12 week period promising delivery but never arrived, today I enquired again only to be told should be with me in 3 weeks. Today I cancelled my order out of total frustration. I should have read reviews before ordering as you can see the reviews are dreadful however the company doesn't really seem to care. I suspect the covers are not made in this country but in China mine are probably siting in a shipping container on the south China sea. Cannot comment on quality as never received them. They don’t answer the telephone for enquiries but response on email is quite quick. When I cancelled they did refund my card same day so a positive there. On there main website click on reviews your notice the page doesn't appear this should tell you all you need to know about this company. Unless your happy to wait indefinitely but your covers else where.

Mar 30,2023Ordered 20th November 2022 it's now over 5 months and still no covers. I've sent several emails asking when I will revieve them and was always told 2 weeks. They do respond to emails but you can't phone them. I've now requested a refund. Order with caution and be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait. Then request refund!!!
