Pet insurance renewal very smooth no complaints other than the price increase!
The price is very good and the policy is great for value compared to other companies but, not had experience with making a claim yet, I'm pleased tho because I would rather have well pets but, its nice to know they have a good cover

Had a question about the policy as we needed to change something and needed to speak to someone, phone rang for an hour with no answer and then just cut off, sent an e mail to which we got an automated response but that was it, no one contacted us and to date still haven’t. I think this is very poor customer service and do wonder if we needed to actually make a claim whether we would get through !!!
So difficult to get through to anyone one the phone. Between myself and the vet we spent a good 2 hours on hold trying to put in a claim. The claim has just been sat there with nothing being done for 4 weeks now. This is just adding more stress to what was already an upsetting and stressful experience with an ill pet. Not impressed at all.
The renewal process was very easy, just automatic. Very good rates. Still waiting for a claim to be settled that was sent in 6 weeks ago still just sitting in the system, and very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone.

I wrote a review a week ago as I couldn't get through to discuss a claim i would like to raise. I had a reply to the review from Natalie Ward as most people leaving bad reviews do and I emailed her as she suggested. I have had no reply and can't get hold of Blue Insurance (I assume the underwriters). Is this a scam? Please can someone let me know how I can speak to someone!!!

When required they were there to support my dog. It did take a while to get through, however once through all good.
Extremely easy to get the insurance via Go Compare. The policies were easy to understand and filled my needs, for my two dogs. Was a lot cheaper than the company that I have been with for the last 4 years and offered me more protection.
I insure both my cats with you. This is the second year. You have increased the price from last year for both which I guess I must accept, however I am insuring both my cats and because one had to visit the vets last year and I had to claim (not very much it has to be said) - you have hiked the price up for that cat considerably more. This is penalising, pure and simple and not all pet insurance companies do this so there is no NEED to do so. Im not happy, especially considering you will likely do the same year on year
