Jan 13,2022Up until recently I would have given 5 stars but now I have had nothing but trouble. Contacting them, hanging on the phone for ages only to be cut off when you do eventually get through. I am in the process of looking for another insurance company.

Jan 11,2022Being left on hold for over 40 mins at a time over several weeks can never get hold of anyone emailed to cancel policy you renewed any way i finally got hold of someone and its all sorted policy cancelled and getting money refunded Customers get sick of waiting 40 mins on hold Time after time you need a better system for answering phones this is how you loose customers

Jan 11,2022Having the same problems as the reviewer below. Made several attempts to call and 2 emails to discuss the renewal and cannot get through to anyone. Very disappointing. Thinking of cancelling the payment and going elsewhere.

Jan 08,2022In queue for 45 minutes before call answered then operator really didn't seem to know what they were doing kept going off to check stuff when I felt my enquiry was very straightforward Eventually got to payment and I believe it went through will wait to check with bank but phone got cut off Nearly an hour and 15 minutes for simple transaction

Dec 07,2021I’ve spoken to you on the phone on 1st Dec and you haven’t refunded the policy that you auto refunded yet even though you said it would be 24-48 hours. So sure you I have two policies!!
