Oct 04,2020I have had this cover for about 5 years for my 2 dogs. I have had a small claim for my female dog and a large claim for my male dog after a hit and run, with both I had no trouble as direct claim to their vets. The only downside is how much the payments have gone up which has tempted me to look elsewhere.

Sep 23,2020It is easy to set up. I luckily have not had to make a claim yet so can't really comment. Initially I had to call the insurance as my dogs date of birth was incorrect and needed changing. The service was good and very friendly.

All my questions were answered with confidence and my claim form was emailed to me straight away. I found the experience very easy and my concerns were made less traumatic which given the reason for my call was not easy.
