Sep 04,2020Haven't claimed so can't comment on that but having used kennel club insurance for 4 years since getting my dog as a puppy, was shocked at a 25% rise this year, especially as I have never claimed. This insurance offers the same cover for a third of the cost.

She even asked after my cat. So kind and thoughtful. Reminder renewal emails very useful and payment taken with no issue.

They are happy to take money each month but however when you claim they will not pay out for at least 6weejs (you have to chase for payout ) or staff will tell you your insurance will pay out and once it goes to the underwrighters they tell you you are actually not covered ! Do not use this company !!!

My 5 year old West Highland Terrier has had two occasions to use their services, once when he ate two of my sons model rubber tyres and recently to remove an embedded grass seed. Both times and these are the only times, the claim was dealt with efficiently professionally. Have no issues recommending their service.

Aug 13,2020Poor customer service when it came to paying as my old debit card had expired. I asked my husband to pay but they wouldn’t except payment as the policy wasn’t in his name. Couldn’t get on the website to update? Had to send an email to confirm that my husband could act on my behalf. Why send an email telling me that if I don’t pay(because my debit card had expired) and when you try and pay they say go on the website to update(didn’t work for me?) Frustrating!!

Aug 12,2020Having never claimed I could not leave an honest review but the increase each year does not give any discount for no claims. Also they seem to alway have a problem taking the first payment on renewal dispute funds being available.
