Jun 27,2023Conveyancing process handled by L Walsh and team at the Huddersfield office was poor. Basic errors on the sale contract that they should have picked up themselves, poor communication throughout and then they forgot to pay the estate agent. I'm fortunate to have been on the sellers side of the transaction, otherwise I'd have serious concerns about some elements having been completed properly.

It was a Sunday night, we received a call on Monday morning at 9.00am-as they said they would. We then had an appointment with Preeya who was amazing. Gave us loads of fact based advice and pointed us in the direction to deal with our issue. Nothing was too much to ask and she was so so helpful with any questions, as a first time buyer I had a fair few! I couldn’t recommend her enough, everything was plain sailing with no delays and we completed within 10 weeks. If I was to ever buy again I would 100000% be choosing Ison and Niamh! Jul 19,2023Abysmal service. Rude arrogant staff, never call you back, ignore emails, fail to register a freehold purchase and can’t even apologise for their cock up. Disgusting service, complaint put in to director ( what a joke) and will also complain to Ombudsman. Avoid, and find a competent solicitors, as you’ll be the one chasing up constantly as they actually don’t give a toss about you as a customer.
