Nefisa and Magda have always been very help and friendly and there to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend if anyone needs a good reliable and competent solicitor.

I found that she performed her required duties quickly, and efficiently, keeping me regularly informed of progress, until a satisfactory conclusion was achieved. I hope I won't require this type of service again, but if I do, I have no qualms about seeking advice from Ambreen. My thanks to her in this matter.

Apr 26,2023The personal injury process has been shocking. Tracey Stringer and Graham Roberts took on my claim without following the correct legal process. Graham was rude and patronising and lacks compassion for his clients. My claims were settled, but they were fairly straightforward. They upheld my complaints. I do not recommend Ison Harrison, there are better solicitors out there.

We were lucky enough to be working with Tanya Hastings who was super efficient and knowledgeable. We were kept fully informed of the process and any queries we had were responded to immediately via email or a telephone call. Excellent service from Tanya and we would highly recommend.

They lived up to our expectations of a great solicitor and conveyancing assistant, being thorough in their work and a pleasure to work with. They were always happy to answer our questions in a timely manner (we had no clue about a lot of things as first-time buyers) and worked really hard to complete our house purchase, especially in the last few weeks before completion when timing was tight.

Apr 12,2023If I could give minus stars I would!! The stress and anxiety caused by this company is a disgrace. Kirsty Blinkhorn was clearly out of her depth with our sale and house purchase. Lack of information and communication was so bad we noted everything in the diary, our offer was renewed 3 times and we were at risk of paying an increased interest rate and losing the house it took us months to find. We did lots of leg work ourselves and made contact with key people in the process as the excuse we were given was that she was unsure who dealt with it!! To avoid having to travel to Yorkshire we had to find a local solicitor to deal with a key aspect of the process as the paperwork was not sent to the lender, in fact it had been archived, before completion!! I could go on and on.

Mar 22,2023I had cause to use the services of Ison Harrison recently in regards to a road traffic matter. The service I received from Ghaz Iqbal was outstanding and ultimately it was his knowledge, advice and geniality which secured the best possible outcome in my case. I've not had many legal dealings and so the process I was facing was completely alien to me. Without a detailed knowledge, not just of the law, but also of the current thinking behind it's application, the outcome would have been very different. I can't thank Ghaz enough and I would have no hesitation of recommending his services to anyone in a similar situation. Five star service!
